I cannot say enough positive things about Workshop Underground. My husband and I stumbled into the store one day and were immediately awed by how beautiful the displays and jewelry are. We saw that they had wedding rings available, and struck up conversation with Ruben and Bopa. They toured us around the store, offered us some beverages, and shared their business and design ideas with us—we immediately felt like family. I brought my mother in for a ring fitting and she ALSO fell in love with the store. She bought an infinity band there, which she had wanted for a long time, and could not stop raving about Ruben and Bopa and her whole experience working with them. My husband and are so happy we chose Workshop Underground for our wedding bands (and some other fun pieces of jewelry too, of course) and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality and unique jewelry with impeccable customer service.

Go! Buy! WU is my fav jewelry shop, pretty much any time for any occasion. I had a ring, and Ruben helped me make it stand out even more, by creating a custom ring to fit it exactly and truly make it unique. Everytime I look at my hand, I feel like it should be in the Crown Jewels. Ruben is so easy to work with. He’s honest and the prices are fair and comparable to popular internet brands (mejuri) and you’re shopping local and supporting a minority owned business. Win! Win! Win! Win! In addition to my beautiful custom ring, I’ve bought countless gifts that are always treasured. WU has other things besides jewelry for like a house warming such as candles! And bouquets, etc. I also have a few earrings, gold chains and a Philly LOVE necklace I get complimented on, seems like daily, around town. Thanks Ruben! See you soon!

Reuben custom designed my engagement ring and our wedding bands and they turned out exactly how we wanted! So unique and such a nice experience. His shop is beautiful, I end up buying something every time I’m in it. We stumbled in this store a few years ago to get my finger sized and ended up coming back again and again. We love it here!!!

My wife and I inherited heirloom wedding rings from our grandparents that we hoped to incorporate into our own, but didn't really know where to start. Ruben at Workshop Underground could not have been more helpful and great to work with. For a very reasonable price considering the work, we ended up with two fantastic wedding bands, including a custom band made out of my previously broken grandfather's wedding band from the 1940's. My wife also had an opal ring made into a beautiful necklace. We would 100% recommend that anyone looking for custom jewelry head to Workshop Underground!

Rubin is the best I will not go anyplace else but underground workshop. I’ve bought many pieces from there over the last few years. Everything has been above and beyond they were such a huge help when I was looking for an engagement ring they make it personal and get to know their clients, highly highly recommend underground workshop for any jewelry needs that you have they are simply the best .

Ruben helped me customize an engagement ring and was so helpful, accommodating, and patient with the process. We loved it so much we went back and got our wedding bands with him. We even got wedding gifts for our bridal party and families! Ruben is our go to jeweler, we highly recommend!!

My fiancé purchased an engagement ring here and I absolutely love it! They did such a great job on customizing my dream ring. The process was so simple and easy. Rubin made the process of picking a wedding band stress-free and so enjoyable. He gave us champagne while we browsed, made us feel comfortable, and at ease and we felt no pressure to make any decisions. Bopa and her team at Workshop Underground are fantastic! I've purchased many pieces from their shop and they are all unique, beautiful, well crafted, and durable. My fiance worked with them on my engagement ring and he picked a stunning one. He was able to put down a deposit, and Workshop Underground guaranteed him we could exchange the ring or customize it in any way if I wanted to change it. We ended up changing the metal and increasing the size of the stone all without fuss or delay. Every time we went to the shop we were greeted with prosecco and they remembered every detail we had shared with them. I went back and bought my wedding band with them too,, also stunning and fairly priced. I wouldn't change any part of our experience, highly highly recommend!!
