I’ve been in this Windsor location twice in the last two weeks with my daughter. Both times, the sales associates were helpful and friendly. This was our first time shopping at a Windsor and I have to say, I was impressed with the staff, inventory, and the ease of shopping there.

Was recently looking to buy a prom dress, when I came into the store to look at the sizing the xl and xs looked exactly the same, not sure if the xl had more stretch to it. Had not one but 2 employees follow my family and I around and out of the store.

Rude manager and associates. They blantantly talk about customers out loud , atleast be discreet! I’ll definitely find another location to shop at
