This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t remember the last time I’ve encountered this level of rudeness and hostility from anyone in a customer service role, let alone a store OWNER.
I called William Didden and spoke with Denise, who was helping me figure out the exact arrangement I wanted. I needed specific flowers and we were referencing a bouquet from their website. She patiently figured out everything I wanted and gave me a price, which was higher than I was expecting, so I told her I would think about it and call her back.
I called back 5 minutes later to purchase the arrangement, card in hand, and another woman answered the phone. I told her I was dealing with Denise on an arrangement and she told me Denise was busy and that she could help me. As I was telling her what I called back to purchase (as discussed with Denise), she cut me off and told me they wouldn’t be able to do that. Surprised, I explained to her that it had already been discussed and I was just calling back to pay the quoted price. She didn’t even let me finish and started talking over me saying they wouldn’t fill the order, that she was the owner and she was making the call. This woman literally started arguing with me even becoming combative- raising her voice, talking over me, dismissing anything I was saying and outright refusing me service. I had my debit card in my hand ready to make a purchase. It was unbelievable…
Apparently she thought I took too long on the phone with Denise and decided that I couldn’t be satisfied. I’ve been ordering flowers over the phone for at least the last 15 years and have never been let down. I always explain exactly what I’m looking for and it’s always worked out fine. But somehow this woman wants to decide for me what kind of customer I am and refuse me service based on her skewed opinion.
I don’t care how nice your flowers are or how good you are at your job, I can’t tolerate rudeness and a bad attitude. This place is a permanent ‘No’ for me. If you’re reading this, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

By far the worst customer service experience I ever encountered. And I ever leave reviews anywhere. I don’t understand how she’s still in business. I went to get a price for a boutique. As I am telling her what I wanted she’s questioning me on why I want what I want, but seems very irritated responding with an irritated comment. After giving me the price I said ok no thanks I’ll try somewhere else. She said ok bye get out then. I told her that her response was so uncalled for. She started yelling, screaming and cursing saying I insulted her business telling me to get out all in front of other customers. I thought I had every right to decide to take my business else where. After that interaction and reading other reviews, I’m glad I decided to take my business somewhere else. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS… SHUT HER DOWN… She doesn’t deserve any else’s business.

I ordered flowers last night for delivery today 3/29.
The flowers I ordered are for a very very special person who is turning 80yrs old and whose birthday party I have the honor of doing a special table.
These flowers are horrible! Nothing says fresh about this arrangement. It screams super old flowers and rushed! I pulled the plastic down and rose petals fell off three roses! I hope when I order this place does not do my arrangement. Not satisfied

I placed an order with William Didden Florist for birthday flowers to be sent to my mother who is in a nursing home in Philadelphia. Paula and her staff did an outstanding job and delivered the most beautiful flower arrangement. Both me and my family were very impressed! I highly recommend William Didden Florist!

And oh, the arrangements! Delivered promptly and lovingly March 28, 2024. They were nothing short of breathtaking. Each bloom seemed to carry a whisper of heaven, filling the sanctuary with their heavenly scent. It's difficult to convey just how profoundly beautiful and uplifting the experience was for us.
From the initial call to the final moments of the service, every detail was handled with impeccable grace and professionalism. Your dedication to making what was undoubtedly a challenging day for us into something truly beautiful did not go unnoticed.

We need a plant to be send to a funeral home. However, the funeral home would not take the plant to the church. William Didden Flower Shop wire it to another shop and got it to the church on time. My cousin sent a picture it is beautiful. We are from North Carolina and could not make there. Thanks to you everyone was happy. This is a great shop, and friendly. God bless you for your kindness.
