Wow was told I must pay cash and when I give him the $100 bill from my wallet he accused me of giving him fake money...then told me to pay with a card... while continuously giving me an attitude. Definitely not shopping at any betz stores anymore even though the betz by my house is a normal go to spot I won't be putting my monet here anymore

I made a purchase for the first time and they had what I needed I was very happy as a first impression. As soon as I left the shop before I got home not even 30 minutes from purchase, I called to tell the rep that sold me the product that I did Not need the pipe but keep the other two parts, immediately he told me that there’s a 20% restocking fee. As a first time customer not knowing the policy they would not honor to not charge me. Bad first experience I would have no issue at all on my future purchases. The rep said he had to ship back the product but common sense tells you that you restocking a part that you have hundreds off is not a special order product, that is bad policy and highway robbery. I I special ordered then I agree 100% to charge a restocking fee.

This is a good store. I just read someone's review where they bashed these guys for being busy. I find it hard to believe that he sat there for 40 mins without anyone acknowledging his existence but if it did happen it would have had to be a unique situation, because I've been going here off and on for over 20 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I get great prices and great service. This guy had to call and complain about his service? If you ask me that says more about him than it does them.
