So when this clueless girl rolled up in a Lexus, not knowing what a wheel lock is or where to find it, and generally looking kind of confused and uncertain…well, a LOT of big automotive chains would have taken one look and invented things to charge me for or told me I needed expensive add-ons. After a friend had a terrible experience from a unprofessionali shop on s 7th Street where the hack mechanic charged for work never done. Car caught fire the day it was picked up from being fixed wrong. Now it's at quality getting the original issue fixed along with all the new problems caused by the last stop shoo or something on a.7th at.
