I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. The apartments are nice. But I did not take the apartment because I was lied to. The apartment I applied to was still under construction so they showed me “the model apartment “. I was told that it was “exactly the same” as the one I applied to. So I put money down to make sure I didn’t lose it. I finally was able to see the apartment a week before my move in and realized I was lied to. It was nothing like the model apartment in terms of the layout, the kitchen appliances weren’t updated, the bathroom was way smaller. A roach in the hallway. It was horrible. Colleen told me I’d get ALL of my money back. This was a month ago. I have not heard back from them about my refund. I’ve called, emailed, left messages and went to the building twice. I work full time so I can’t afford to keep leaving work to look for the manager. I want my money back.Awful experience.

My apartment was nice aesthetically and its in a good area but I decided to terminate my lease early due to several issues that I had to deal with. There is never anyone in the leasing office so no one picks up the phone. When there is someone in the office it's a different person each time because everyone quits or something. Besides the building being dirty constantly, the hallways smell bad, packages get stolen, and the building reaps of marijuana. There are rodent issues, along with appliances not working and taking forever to get fixed. I'm not the only one who had these complaints.

I toured a one bedroom apartment with the Property Manager, Colleen. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. We loved the key fob entry and updated apartments with hardwood floors. Having an elevator is super helpful as well.

Colleen in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. She is so helpful and responsive. I have lived here for over a year and have had no issues at all. The gated parking is great for added safety and security.

The new property manager, Kevin Stone, is great. I have had a few issues that I have brought to him, and he has efficiently resolved them!

I would not recommend living here to anybody.First of all, our security consists of a front door that I could stick my credit card into to get in.The walls are so thin that I can’t tell whether my neighbors upstairs are stomping around or just walking. After the tenants below me moved out, there has been constant construction down there for the past two months. Not sure what could possibly be taking so long, but the constant banging of hammers and powertools being run (which is not at all muffled by the walls) is difficult to bear.Upon going out to the parking lot, one could observe the contractors gracefully tossing out the window whatever they had ripped up, along any nails that came with it. The result was nails all over one section of the parking lot, and I don’t want to imagine if somebody would have happened to walk by that window in order to get to their car. Also, it could be 20 degrees out and the contractors would be persistent in leaving the doors to the outside propped open whenever chance they got, trying to keep them open all day and effectively driving up everybody’s heating bills.By the way, don’t bother bringing up any issues with the landlord, Stephan Ward. He has a very passive aggressive attitude and nothing will get resolved. I once talked to Stephan about being kept up at night from music being played by my neighbors at an excessively loud volume every weeknight, and his reply was to accuse me of having drug paraphernalia in my apartment (not joking). My roommate and I wouldn’t stand living here for another year, and I write this so that nobody makes the same mistake we made.January 2020 Update:It's been over a year trying to get into contact with these people trying to get my security deposit back. First they tried telling me that according to my contract I had to wait until my previous roommate had moved out for me to get my deposit back (even though he stayed another year and a different roommate had already taken my spot). After that, they told me I would have to wait a couple months for November 2019 for some reason; probably just to cause further delay. I've tried calling them since, but now they just ghost me.The previous building manager is long gone, but the owners at Galman Group believe they can take advantage of people knowing that the majority of us are either unable or unwilling to bother to take legal action against this practice. As an active military member currently stationed away from Pennsylvania, it's certainly difficult for me to.If my previous reasons weren't enough to avoid this place and any other apartments run by the Galman Group at all costs, here's another one.

This place is a joke. They fail to get anything done here. Washers and dryers in the laundry rooms are always malfunctioning. It's hard to believe they're real contractors here doing repairs, The uneven doors would demonstrate the lack in ability to utilize a simple measuring tape. The build quality of this building is very poor but they focus on cosmetic work to appeal a first time buyer here. Neighbors constantly bang on walls and slam doors. The front door lock is always tampered with, which is a concern in regards to safety. Overall the neighborhood is indeed great to live in, but surely isn't suffice for the rent suggested at this place. Strongly do not recommend renting here. Despite my patience, I can't fathom staying another year here.
