They are thorough and patient, always taking the time to walk customers through every detail and provide artistic advice. The staff is attentive, works with customers to find cost-efficient solutions within their price range, and goes above and beyond. Fantastic work is completed for a great price with great customer service. The shop itself is full of art and feels like a working studio. Customers plan to use the shop in the future, highly recommend it, and state they will not need to go anywhere else for their framing needs.
