My husband went at this location for the first time. Very bad experience! The teller named Daniela was very rude not helpful seems not to do the work right. He was trying to make deposits ,checks were signed and she still insisted something is wrong with the checks. We are costumers at this bank forever and never had issues! Daniela seems very unprofessional.My husband spent more than 50 mins there and still did not finish what he supposed to do. Dear well Fargo take care of your costumers and pay attention who you hire. People like Daniela don’t seem to be qualified as a costumer service at all. Her attitude was insane! We would never go there as long as Daniela or tellers like Daniela learn how to treat costumes to keep the bank up and running!

The teller has no idea. What are you doing in this branch when I try to do certify check and withdraw money from my account and show him my ID he say my signature not verified. This is crazy. Use other bank stay away from this bank.

The teller has no idea about cashier check. I request them to cancel undelivered cashier check but she had no clue. She asked me to call 1800 number. I called 1800 number and they told me that branch should be handling it at local level. I came back to the local branch where another teller told me that all the bankers are gone for the day and I need to come back tomorrow. What a service. I came back after couple of days and a guy( probably banker) told me that I m lucky that they have rotary available today abs there I will be helped. This cancel check retire $31 cancel fee and bunch of documents to scan before money could be transferred back to my account. Mind you it’s my money abs I was told to get a cashier check to be safe and now I am running after my money and paying the fee, lost time, frustration and annoyed with this kind poor customer interaction. I will change my back soon as I am moving to commercial transaction and couldn’t afford this level of primitive device

Jose Martinez - personal banker was very helpful and explained the difference between accounts clearly. He is very patient, nice and friendly with customers. I really enjoyed being in this branch.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! The Manager was extremely rude. Would not give me the money from my late fathers account even though I have a legal beneficiary paper signed. I finally got it after months because I went to district manager. Nothing but hassels and lies. Its a shame a person has to go through this as they are making funeral arrangements for a loved one. Also she said there was no record of me on account when we were just there the month before....Horrible horrible bank. As she kept saying" unfortunately...

Ashley is absolutely miserable, horrible customer service. Does not even acknowledge you when you say hello. I will not be using this Wells Fargo location anymore.

Recently I had a problem with my bank account. I visited the Wells Fargo Northeast branch at 9101 Roosevelt Boulevard. I want to say a personal thank you to the banker Mr. Ricky T. He is very professional, instantly understood my problem, and resolved it to my complete satisfaction for one visit. Wells Fargo should be proud of such staff. Thank you.

Amazing customer service by Ashley; she seemed very busy but she greeted me and apologized for the wait and had a genuine conversation and even informed me about making mobile deposits if waiting in line was something I didn't want or need to do. Very knowledgeable
