40 minutes after the posted hours on the door they weren’t open. I guess I can understand when that happens at a fast food restaurant, but this is a bank with my money in it! What is going on at this branch?

Terrible. The ATM is never working. They used to have one you can walk up to and a drive thru one. The walk up one is gone, and the drive thru one is always broken. This means you have to park- mind you there is NEVER a parking spot nearby, and walk into the bank to do your service which is time consuming.

Drive up ATM still closed after months and seemingly no intention to fix it. Also no ATM inside. WF should be embarrassed given how long this has been going on.
