Their “business services” has like 4 or 5 desks, but only one is currently occupied at 2pm. I just wanted to apply for a new card. That shouldn’t take forever in a bank that isn’t that busy.

My favorite brickface bank in the neighborhood that I do business with. The staff is diverse and provides an awesome service that's professionally prompt. A must-see, must-visit place of banking, never a problem. Just Love their service !!!

Love the customer service, the location and everything about this place. Sadly many of their customers like to disrespect the tellers like they are more than the tellers. Sometimes I feel bad for the tellers and every time I go there I let them know the great job They are doing and not to let the customers bring them down.

I was there to cash a check drawn on the bank, and ended up opening a checking and savings account with them. The woman who handled me was extremely polite and took care to ensure I understood everything. The bank itself was clean, quiet and very orderly. So far, I am very happy with my banking experience with Wells Fargo.
