The route traffic so bad to get to this bank since one of the way enter block for fixing the road. I have 4pm appointment and i was late. I came in and tell them that i was late because of traffic (one of big truck try to u-turn and cause me 10 mins traffic delay), the security guard say ok have a seat and I waited 15 mins (during that one girl came to me and asked me what i need, i said open new account and she likes okay then walked away) until another security guard saying that they don’t take any new opening account after 4pm, i said i have an appointment and he said i was late and they won’t take me that day. If they tell me right there when I came in that they won’t take me since I’m late I wont waste my time sitting there . Unprofessional!!

Very unprofessional they don’t great you and they let you stand there even if no one in-line and there is usually 3 tellers at that time they talk to each other and don’t even look up to let you know someone will be right with you and I have a business account with them from my job I would never let my customers stand there without actually acknowledging them and honestly I would not have a job if I did they were having a conversation about lunch while I stood there waiting to be waited on

In my experience with this branch the bankers had little to no experience with needs outside of the scope of general banking and could not help with my questions. I was also told I'd receive a call back with information to assist and never did.

I came over from NJ to help my 82 year old cousin with her banking.Was told we need an appointment can't help today come back another day.Im 81 and do not drive.I had to hire a driver.I will get my cousin to change banks since they are to busy and do not care.I want to give a new review of 5 stars for Haida Gassama who helped myself and cousin with banking . Haida Gassama had the patience and time with us .I want to thank her very much. We were there on Wednesday September 14.Thank you Lorraine Pelletierand Phyllis Lennon

Chaotic location , total dysfunctional Wells Fargo did very poor with serving the population with under staff and unprofessional individuals. The fact that they close down a close by location in Sharon hill, which was serving the customers and public at large. Much better location. Despite my appointment, I waited 40 min for the banker, overall bad service. I was still not attended to , while the manager is unpleasantly In an argument with another customer who is waiting to get to her deposit box. Is this the future of Wells Fargo ? I just can’t imagine what the next few years is going to look like in this location. Need Cooperate response immediately!

Waited at the bank 30 minutes to open a bank account. Not even a hello. After that I was told to make an appointment when you come to this branch. Very unprofessional.

Came in with no appointment on a Saturday they were fully booked. Banker Daniel Romero not only was able to fit me into his schedule but also went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Unfortunately this one was out of his hands but I am impressed about the empathy he showed towards my personal problem and the fact that I didn’t feel rushed at all. Keep the great work!!

I went to Wells Fargo Bank on Island Avenue today to make a cash deposit for my boss. Sign on the door said to do banking inside you must wear a mask; which I did wear one. When I tried to go in, the door was locked and there was no one in the bank. This branch of Wells Fargo is a disgrace. A time before that I was in the drive-thru line and for 45 minutes never moved from my spot. I left. Even one star is too good for this branch.

It is a bad service, they only change the money for those who have a business account. I mean the rest of the clients are nobodies.
