This sounds unbelievable but it's true.... This branch SOLD THEIR PARKING LOT to developers whom are now building more rental units on the property. Parking is very scarce around there as it is, which makes it literally almost impossible to go to this branch. My elderly father lives up the street but drives further away to a different branch that actually has a parking lot. Just another example of them not caring one bit for their customers!

The bank closes at 5pm. I got to the door at 4:58pm and it was already locked. Security from the other side of the glass was giving me an awkward stare knowing the entire bank was staff was wrong for having that door shut when it was not 5pm yet. This was a huge inconvenience for me.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced in my life. As of Jan 3rd they didn’t allow anyone walk-ins. Cool, that’s fine! Window service…. There’a a plethora of people working in this branch yet only one line to perform any transaction. What’s everyone doing in there that there’s only 1 line? When you walk in there’s 3-4 tellers… yet only one person working the window with no walk ins? Get real. This place is a joke. Even when they allow walk ins it’s horrible

They constantly hang up on me and when I ask for a change order they transfer me to a phone line that doesn’t work. Don’t go to this bank they’re lazy and rude

Had a great experience here on Friday. The staff was very friendly; we worked with Markita, who was very personable and helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and provide useful information. The location was adequately staffed and we didn't have to wait too long before being helped.

Worst bank in the world. Bank STOLE 14k from my small business. No call. No notification. Just took it! Do NOT do business with these thieves and liars! And btw, Wells Fargo charges you to put $ in the bank!!!

The first problem I encountered was to park. The parking is a nightmare and the service is ok but very slow. It will take you a long time if you want to conduct business at the bank. Be ready to wait and wait.
