Fantastic and helpful staff. I came here to make deposits for an organization for the first time and the staff walked me through every step of the process and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this branch!

I went into this location to acquire a cashiers check in case I needed it. I'd never used a cashiers check before so I asked the teller "Will this check withdraw money from my account immediately or only when I use the check?" They said it would only withdraw when I used the check. Well surpise, surprise, I never used the check and ripped it up based on the tellers advice, but the money was taken out of my account anyways. I had to call like 10 times to get them to simply answer the phone. Turns out the money is withdrawn immediately and you only get it back when you deposit back the cashier check. Except I ripped it up and don't have it anymore. Their incompetence caused me to lose over $200 (And it didn't go anywhere, just out of my account so they basically stole it from me). Wish I could say I'm surprised, but this is typcal Philly-quality service. Don't trust what they tell you.

Very slow service. Waited over 20 minutes and was waited on at that time because the two ladies in front of me left. They could not wait. Terrible. I will never go to this branch again.

I peaked my head in dura quick 30 min lunch break, to my surprise the line was nonexistent... was in & out & back on 8th Street in under 17mins?

Slow service. Waited 20min to be helped with one teller at the cashier and another unable to help people with cash withdrawal. Third teller came in for what seemed to be late to work. Doors didn't open at said time early morning.Teller who helped us didn't speak loud enough in order to hear her through the mask.Branch manager seemed not to care about anything else. Was nowhere to be found to reassure customer service.Not coming back here.

This location is average according to the type of service you need then it can be less than satisfactory and they constantly closing sometimes without notifying customers even if you have an appointment
