I came in to get some personal checks. The staff was very friendly, including the security guard who greeted me when I walked in. There was no line and I spoke with a bank teller named Michelle who was very nice and helpful. She helped me get the checks I needed and everything was handled with great customer service!

The guys that work here are friendly, but every time I get quarters here I end up with a few Canadian quarters or most recently a nickel in place of quarters. I get too many rolls at a time to open them all up in front of them. Not breaking my bank, but still quite frustrating.

Closed an account and needed to shred the old checks / documents with the account. Called ahead to make sure I could do this at this branch. Then when I arrived they refused to do it for “security reasons”, refused to look up my closed account, etc. glad I’m leaving this bank they’re useless.

This is the worst location and I have a bad experience today all of them doesn't have any respect for the customer full of attitude and ego to get check it took me more than one hourI believe its because of my skin color even though I have business account with them the past 7 years.The person on the front desk his name is ROBERT FREDA ....he literally told me to go to different location to get service just because if I was asking him it's late is shame on Wells Fargo to have that kind of personality on the front desk no we will move our business to another bank . Place empty, 5 employees "working", but I have to make an appointment or come back later? I have been with this bank for years. Have multiple accounts there. Wanted to open a savings acct. Wonder if I need an appt to close all my accts?

The place is empty. Im the only customer. Five employees working. Yet, they want me to come back later or make an appt for tomorrow? Tye place is empty!! It takes 5 min to open an acct. Ridiculous

well i have finally had enough with wells fargo have attempted to pay my bills with their pay by phone system for three days i am a high net worth client you would think that i would get great service wells fargo is terrible and has not improved since they had all of their issues was on the phone for 45 minutes and asked for a supervisor sorry i am not able to get you a supervisor you are kidding? nope i said simply stand up and ask for a supervisor no i am not able to do that wow i have finally had enough with wells fargo on the phone for almost one hour and cannot pay my bills their service after all of their issues and problems with opening fake accounts has gotten worse if anything bye bye going to interview t d bank make up your own mind do not say that your were not warned

Branch teller lied about a check could not be returned. To find out from a teller from a different branch that the original Christy could return my check to me. Now I'm stuck with over 1000 on hold and no way to get my son his Christmas gifts
