I went on a Friday morning to deposit money into my grandmother’s account and the teller, Mabel, was so patient with my grandma as she helped to find her account number. Mabel was just the kind of professional banker every bank needs.

Pretty rough during Covid19. Condescending, horrible service from Thomas Sloop who lied about faxing my beneficary inheritance paperwork to the Estate Care division. He never did. Im still trying to get the money.No help whatsoever after this disaster.

WTF is up with the ATM in the lobby of this branch? There is an after hours portal which does not work, nor has it ever worked. Just take it off the door. How frustrating.
