Vivian has consistently provided exceptional service during my visits. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and courteous demeanor make every interaction pleasant and efficient. She is a true asset to the branch and is the primary reason I continue to do business there.
However, I have noticed inconsistencies in the level of service from other staff members. Some appear disengaged and unresponsive, which can be frustrating as a customer. In particular, interactions with the older lady behind the teller desk have often been less than satisfactory. Her demeanor can come across as unfriendly and unhelpful, which contrasts sharply with Vivian's approach.
As a customer, I value a welcoming and efficient banking experience. While Vivian consistently meets these expectations, I believe there is an opportunity for improvement among other team members to ensure a consistently positive customer experience throughout the branch.
Overall, my interactions with Vivian have been exemplary, and I appreciate her dedication to customer service. I hope to see improvements in consistency across all staff members to enhance the overall customer experience at this Wells Fargo branch.

I've been a loyal Wells Fargo banker for many years and typically have great service. However, this branch doesn't only lack customer service, but also lacks the ability to problem solve. They refused to deposit a check. When I asked what the issue was and explained that I have made the same deposit before, they still refused, citing that it was not a business account. I drove two miles down the street to another branch and was welcomed warmly and had no issue depositing the same check.

Avoid the Old Black Lady Teller "Gail" she is literally a Jezebel and will tell her friends all your business and breach of your banking information. She was talking to one of her Simps and was not doing any banking business. Angle the Bank supervisor covers for her ( he will come out from the back to help her ! He is overwhelmingly not fit to do his job what a joke !

Had family travel in and moved a flight in order to deposit a check. We had a short window of time to get this to work. Because one of the endorsement lines was crossed out, the manager wouldn’t allow us to deposit it. He insinuated it might go through but didn’t want to try because of the amount. Now need a new check written and another costly coordination. Overall, I estimate the stuffy bureaucracy cost me at least 900 dollars, not including wasted time. Crazy this bureaucracy isn’t catching the ongoing wells fargo scam. or fraud they’ve previously committed on their customers. Will be banking elsewhere in the future.

Poor customer retention practice. I've been with this bank my entire life and I asked for 1 small favor today; the waiving of a 10 dollar fee that would've given me money towards lunch or something else and this manager, Angel told me No. he didn't even try to help me. VERY DISAPPOINTED, ready to switch banks!

The manager here Anthony is so rude. Every time I come here he makes banking an issue. I definitely will be moving all my business banking to another bank. I have never experienced this level of discrimination at and branch in my life.

I was unknowingly given a fake hundred dollar bill from this branch. When I returned about a week later to deposit some cash, one of the hundred's included, they accepted the bills and printed me a balance. 2 minutes after i leave, i get a phone call from the teller who tells me the $100 was fake and that they were taking it off my balance. All they did for me was offer a customer service number. Once (and if) this gets resolved I am closing my account here.

I've been banking with the Wells Fargo since 2014 I have been trusting them with my money for six years now and no matter how many times I try they never approve me for a loan for home mortgage it's about time people stop trusting these banks that won't even trust you my credit score is not the greatest but it's not that bad either it's like they don't even care to see if a person is trying I have been working on my credit with a credit Law Firm and Wells Fargo doesn't even see that as a plus up..I I am currently being forced from the place I am renting now because the current landlord is selling the property and the new landlord doesn't want to renew my lease and I have 60 days to leave but with me being with Wells Fargo for 6 years I was thinking maybe I could at least trust me and help me out to get a home apparently Wells Fargo doesn't care about its customers
