I enrolled in WC Fitness on 3/1/22, I had a month to kill and I specifically wanted to lose weight. My weight was 200lbs at the time. By 3/31/22 i I was down to 196, gained 1lbs of muscle mass, lowered BMI. I was very happy with those results but even more important, my blood pressure has lowered to normal. Very happy with my experience at WC Fitness. My trainer (Morgan) was excellent and encouraged me to go beyond the boundaries I had placed on myself. The whole atmosphere is one of encouragement. Jordan and Walter were outstanding and Tony was an inspiration for her dedication. WC Fitness also provides dietary planning based on your objectives that is an invaluable part of the holistic approach I received. If you're serious, this is the Gold Standard. If you're not, stay home.

I did not have a good experience. He's not the most professional across the board. And when you are in that modeling role, then I would think professionalism would be a priority and I know I would've appreciated it greatly.

Walter Copeland, owner of WC Fitness, has to be best Personal Trainer I have ever had. He is very personable, full of knowledge, and very concerned about each client. I thought I would be doing another Bootcamp style training, but oh boy was I wrong. I am now weight training & learning how to eat properly/more healthy, gaining knowledge about my body and body type. Within 1 month I have loss weight, decrease in body fat, increased muscle mass. I get excited about every workout. This has been one of the best decisions that I have made.

Walter is a very hands on trainer who will get you strong. He will also get you to clean up your diet so be ready. I respect that he's been able to establish himself in such a competitive industry in such a great location. His gun is very clean and complete with everything that you'd need to get a quality workout on.

Great trainers!! I've been training here with Walt for over a year. I've learned so much about fitness and nutrition. It's a great atmosphere with lots of positive energy and encouragement. I've lost 30 lbs and pushed myself beyond what I could have ever imagined. If you want results and you are willing to work hard and be consistent, this is the place to be.

Walter's work ethic and knowledge of fitness and nutrition is OUTSTANDING! When I started WC Fitness I began to see changes in my body IMMEDIATELY! Walt showed me that you have to EAT and eat well in order to get results! All workout plans are customized and updated frequently. Walt makes every client feel like they are his only client by spending time with them & learning about their body/fitness goals, their previous successes/ failures and by checking in on them daily to make sure they were on track with the program. The staff at WCF are very friendly and helpful. My questions were always answered in a timely manner and I felt supported whenever I had questions. The studio and gym are amazing and always clean. Not only would I recommend WC Fitness to others, I have actually referred several clients there. I always tell my friends that "Walt gets RESULTS!"

Here I stand a year later, 17lbs down and a 6% drop in body fat and I’m still going strong! Walter have helped my transition to a healthier lifestyle so much easier! He’s taken all the guess work out of the equation. The nutrition plan coupled with my workout regime have been the secret to my success. There are a lot of trainers out there but by far he’s the BEST! His understanding of nutrition is what separates him from the rest! You won’t be disappointed.

This month I celebrated my 1 year anniversary training with Walter at WC Fitness. While I wasn’t new to working out or having a personal trainer, I appreciated his approach of providing not only a great workout plans but a personalized approach to nutrition. The nutrition aspect was key for me. He’s educated about fitness and nutrition and wants his clients to achieve their fitness goals. I started my fitness journey on my own after leading a pretty sedentary life for this last decade. I was committed to being consistent with my fitness regimen and I succeeded. I worked out 378 times in 2017, and achieved about a 15-20 pound weight loss during this time. The problem with this was that despite all of the working out I’d done, I didn’t truly have a fitness regimen that was customized to hit clear goals like fat loss and lean muscle development nor did I have any handle on my nutrition at all.
