Customer service is horrible and very rude. They have security guard follow you outside. Cashier didn’t scan everything and one gave an attitude. Don’t go here.

Weekend staff horrible. Mon-fri the best.
Such a bad experience with an Indian looking chick. She left my salad to make other food without even covering the salad . Let it sit there for 5min then come back and short me on the amount of salad in the bowl. Mindyou this salad is dam near 10 dollars. I was not happy and requested my money back. Only on a Sunday... I come here from mon-fri never this happen.

Despite all of the recent bad reviews, this Wawa location wasn't bad at all. I stopped here for a quick breakfast while on a visiting Philly for a photography trip. Staff was very friendly, and the food was actually pretty good for a busy/"urban" Wawa. Aside from snacks for later, I got a pepperoni and cheese panini from the kitchen. Simple order, but man, was it made VERY well. Toasted to perfection.
The bathroom was pretty standard. It definitely appeared as if there was an effort being made to keep it clean.
Overall, this is a pretty decent location. I would definitely stop here again.

I went in to try the pizza for the first time. I selected sausage and pepperoni from the menu and they gave me just a pepperoni pizza. Not sure how they blew that. It wasn't worth $20. Stick to Lil Caesars if you want below average pizza for a reasonable price.

Worst wawa around. They never have breakfast sandwiches made when I stop by before work at 6am. Plus there's always beggers out front. I need to find another solution for the mornings because this location hardly ever works out.
(A couple weeks later) : 615am and nothing is ready. I actually decided to wait instead of stopping somewhere else for something to eat. It took literally 20 minutes. What's the point? Avoid this location if you're at all concerned about being on time to work. Worst wawa yet

Do not charge here. There are always homeless people messing with the chargers and shooting up right behind them. Unfortunately it’s the closest super charger to my house but it’s not safe AT ALL.

This place is so awful woke up in the morning and needed a cup of black tea to get going I make my way over walk in fix myself a cup of tea hop in line like I normally would to have a gentleman walk up directly next to me and when I go to walk up towards the register he jumps in my face and screams at me I wasn’t cutting you feeling attacked I say please get out of my face he proceeds to keep screaming In my face after moments of him screaming at me a very rude employee walks up and starts screaming at me to and this gentleman to leave the gentleman leaves and the lady walks up to me and starts screaming at me you to leave I try to explain to the lady that the gentleman jumped in my face and I say I don’t feel comfortable leaving and I would like her name because I will be reporting her to corporate she refused to give me her name and just kept saying she was T then as security guard walks up and starts shouting at me I need to go what a disaster I have worked retail for years and I think I can safely say that this is no way to treat customers or condone your self as a employee they should have somebody working there line so things like this don’t happen then also if you are telling a customer to leave you don’t scream at them even if I had done something very unprofessional and not effective in deescalating a situation in my opinion the minute the gentleman jumped in my face they should have removed him from the store absolute disaster and shame to the Wawa brand this establishment deserves negative stars don’t work retail if you don’t want to interact with people on a daily basis terrible

I'm giving this Wawa four stars, because most of the time they have friendly staff working here especially during the week. The tall girl with the hairnet that makes the drinks, makes the best coffees and the female manager is very amiable.The girl who made the drinks today on Sunday October 29th had a huge attitude problem. I asked for extra caramel and she refused to give me extra caramel and she was very rude and inconsiderate. She was nice to the other girl who asked for drink modifications. So apparently she isn't very fond of white people and needs to be fired.
