I ordered a chocolate cookies and cream milkshake and instead they gave me a mint cookies and cream milkshake. The person said I ordered 3 pumps of mint even though I would have realized if I was ordering that. Overall, I rate this place 1 star. The advisor was mean, rude, and uncaring. I didn't even drink my milkshake because it tasted horrible?. The worst part is, they refused to give us a refund or let us return the drink and were rude about it. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE.

I ordered a parfait and asked one of the employees if they could make it a specific way. The “manager” some African American lady interrupted our conversation and straight up told me that she couldn’t make it the way I politely asked the gentlemen for it to be made. She actually didn’t even give him a chance to respond before she rudely interrupted. The way I asked for it to be made was an even easier process and wouldn’t require it to be blended. She just wanted to repeat that she was manager and did not want to provide customer service. Today I entered a completely different Wawa while out working and the nice employee prepared it in under a minute. By the time I payed it was made and she was more than happy to help. Please get rid of this rude lady at Richmond Wawa, she just has bad vibes. Not my first encounter with her. Also I’m very non confrontational, she made it very awkward one day later I’m still in disbelief. I re-entered and can overhear her and her coworkers using profanity in the kitchen area. Terrible experience, I use to really like this location.

I've been attending this Wawa for a few weeks during my lunch break. The associate that makes this place great, quick, and efficient would have to be the cashier named HEATHER! No matter how busy it is during lunch hour, she still greets every customer with a smile and is attentive to every single customer's needs. She's the reason why I come here during my lunch break. Lovely person. Thank you, HEATHER and the rest of the staff who work so hard to make my lunch break fast and efficient! My coworker and I will certainly return!

Customer service from the manager was horrible , she was short and the only person wearing a BLACK shirt on so I assume she the manager. Went into the store to order a sandwich. I didn’t see chicken salad on the menu so I politely asked her , (excuse me )do you have the salad in the softest voice ever and she spoke firm , rude and nasty with a face of irritation and reply NO!!! she was making people food with such a attitude, slamming mental trays down and very short . I have NEVER EXPERIENCED A WAWA SERVICE LIKE THIS BEFORE AND THIS WAS MY first time in that area and that store , I’ll be SURE TO NEVER VISIT THIS ONE AGAIN, but the cashier Jennifer was extremely nice ? this incident was 8/16/23 around 130pm

A Wawa that isn't open 24 hrs is useless. They should put their ATMs outside if they are going to close.

I’m currently 8 months pregnant been trying to come here for about a week now for my ICE on a late night since it’s so close to my home and they closed but it says 24 hours doesn’t make any sense the employees just be walking around having fun on the clock saying they closed!!
