Today my dishwasher really wanted to get a wawa cheese steak and needed help doing so cuz he doesn’t speak English and also can’t read. I reassured him that someone there would help him and wrote his order down on a paper in English to give to a worker there. When he got there and gave a worker the paper they just directed him to the self service and he called me to help but I was with a customer and could not direct him also hard since he can’t read what’s on the self service computer in his own language either. He came back to work with no food feeling embarrassed and ashamed and I can’t help but feel disappointed by the fact that no one could take his written order or help him. If my elderly mother was at wawa alone she would not be able to use that self service computer. If a blind person comes in how do they order? I think it’s sad that this happened to him today. And I think y’all should do better. Sometimes people need help.

I really don’t understand what happened to wawa In general as a whole…I remember working for wawa n we had to follow certain policies and guidelines I guess we’re just going with the flow of things now and it’s no expectation…I avoid this wawa because it’s busy and tbh the customer service is lackluster at best and I feel like a bother with just my presence…I gave the food an extra star because I mean it’s there but what’s not there ever is a hot dog at this point they could just unplug the machine and save on electricity tbh…I went in today and the girls that are on like are either on the phone or talking about how they hate customers and I get it but also get another job if it’s that deep…The holding the food hostage when you get a paid on the screen is insane to me I waited 10 mins for a snack chicken wrap that took longer for her to call the number then make it…Crazy you can’t complain to the managers because their standing around talking n laughing I’m happy they love it and all but really do you…

Wawa is the worst sandwich making store in philly. They got all the right ingredients but the way the sandwiches and hoagies are made seems to be backwards. Who puts mayo on top of their veggies and all the hot sandwiches are extra dry. If your getting your hoagies from Wawa and you live in philly you need to reevaluate you're food choices

Has messed up 2/5 orders. Both times on a chicken parm -- once they added mayo and the other time they gave me chicken steak. The store itself is also pretty dirty but I wouldn't care so long as they could get orders correct.

Who puts 2oz of expresso in 24oz mint cookies and cream milkshake???? That is insane and disgusting and definitely not what I ordered. Unacceptable.

Aisha at the register is very talkative and friendly with 3 patrons of color in line before me but my “hi how are you” is ignored. She doesn’t speak a word to me and my “thank you, have a good night” is met with more silence. The first time I didn’t think much of it but it happens every time she rings me up. Can’t help but think it could be because I’m not a person of color.

Mobile pickup is unorganized. Gave the clerk my order number from the start, she said they didn’t have that order. She asked what name was it under I gave my girlfriends first and last name. Still no order, 15 minutes later she says, you mean “Lyn” then says my order number I stated from the start. Had to go to the deli to reorder the sandwich. It wasn’t that busy but I was in there for 45 minutes and it was awkward.
