Absolute the worst Wawa location of all Wawas. The staff do not care whatsoever as they run on their time. Waited over 30 mins for a simple tuna hoagie. Complete waste of time. Never again.

I ordered a simple chicken veggie wrap. It came out with no veggies, ICE COLD. since they didn't heat it, the cheese was just a cold Kraft single. There was a tiny lump of chicken that was genuinely so salty it was completely inedible. For the first time in my life I was forced to throw out food.

I love the convenience of this location when I'm shopping downtown! 3 other locations that were closer to the stores closed within the last couple years. ? The location on 16th is small with bad hours.I got a tuna fish hoagie and it was delicious!! ?While I was in there 12/14/23 @ 9pm a group of teens came in to steal. I was uncomfortable. For obvious reasons the guard couldn't engage because of the size of the group! This place needs armed security or cops rolling by often. From what I was hearing it happens quite often. I'm grateful no one was hurt. They didn't bother any customers thankfully. They did steal snacks and then left. ??

Novi is her name.Novi job is to make specialty drinks and she refused to make my drinks over when asked. This young lady ugly on the outside as well as the inside, was disrespectful, rude, and immature. This store is always busy, has a high theft rate, and can be unsafe because of the population being served. Novi needs more customer service training, before she returns. I think she is too immature and cognitively slow to be working in a face paced environment like this.You will be disappointed with this Wawa,The unsavory staff are rude, I wish corporate and the store managers Doug and Dan could see how bad NOVI customer service is. She should find another job. I’m got a refund and walked out that store.
