Z was amazing today. I called the store this morning to see if she had any batteries left as the one for my Michael Kors watch had died. She confirmed they had some in stock and when I arrived to the store she had it ready and waiting. I was in ad out of the store in 6 minutes. Thanks for everything Z I’ll see you again soon !!!

Took my watch here to have a simple battery replacement. I then had to take it back 3 more time as the dials came off from when they opened up the back of the watch to replace the battery. I was told that it should be fixed in it's entirety and most recently another dial fell off. Do not go here.

Sold me a Hamilton that had no warranty filled out. Empty card. Couldn't get it fixed when it broke shortly after. Hamilton are known for their robustness and the dial broke within a month. Absolute scam and couldnt get it covered by any sort of warranty, took me for a fool.

AMAZING STORE! The employees are so kind and helpful. They repair all watches and have a nice variety of watches as well as jewelries to choose from. The store is really clean and I would definitely come here to get my watch repaired again and buy another watches. They do the repair really quickly right in front of you and clean your watch. I can just go in and come out. Would definitely come here to repair my watch because of the kind and helpful service.

So if you're buying a big watch that might look good on a wall for your wrist they have them here. Battery? no problem. I'm pursuing another ongoing problem with a more sophisticated issue with a very well known and respected brand and they were confident they could fix it and then some for a very good price. I'll let you know how this all resolves in the end later, but at this point I suspect I may have to take them to small claims court for questionable work that was done. Keep your work here simple. You have been warned.

They sent me the wrong item completely so I requested a return, they were prompt with return instructions which included me paying for postage and being reimbursed when the item returns to their warehouse. Several days later I notice a refund of about 85% of my purchase price. They said the glasses were crushed and that they were charging a restocking fee and would not refund for shipping as promised. They criticized the way it was packaged and said it was my fault when I put the glasses back in the exact same shipping material they sent it in. Mind blown. I asked for pictures of the broken glasses to verify the situation but they won't. Crooks. Again this all stemmed from them sending the complete wrong item to begin with!!!! So I lost about 35% of the purchase price.... Unreal.

Great place to get a quick and easy battery replacement! I have gotten 4-5 batteries replaced and some crystal work. I was surprised to get them back so quickly, at a relatively low rate, and how helpful the staff is. Highly recommend!

Yelp reflects the true and more accurate depiction of this company's lack of customer service. I've shopped with them once and would never do it again. Try more reputable watch companies that are online, don't waste your money or time with this place.
