The sold me a genuine leather INOX band for my Citizen Eco-Drive. The band it came with was too big for my wrist. They charged me 40 dollars for replacement pins, the band and install which is a great deal. It looks unusual on the bulky watch and it is a little bit tight but it is a great deal for what it is.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was very kind and passionate. They took the time to understand what I was looking for. They had a lot of selections to choose from as well ( classic to modern watches)
