If I can put zero stars I would! I've been looking for an employee for over 1/2 an hour, when I find the MANAGER, they didn't even want to help! Was trying to get 2 bikes for my kids & nothing! Horrible Customer service on the employee's part but most importantly THE MANAGERS!!!!! Ya'll Need To Do Better!! Gonna Stick To TARGET!!!

The prices at Walmart are great. But what I don't like is the fact that the lines be long is hell an that's everything I go there.

I will never order from this store again. I ordered a 20 inch fan on June 22nd 2024 with promised delivery date of June 23rd 2024. They never delivered I cancelled the order had to go on the Walmart chat 3 times on 6/23/24 to find out what is going on. Had to go on again 6/24 & 6/25/24 as well. Finally I got the fan but its a 9 inch. I know what I ordered if they didnt have it all they had to do was tell me. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. The 1st picture is what I ordered. 2nd picture is what I received. Refund coming

Oh my God, it's so unprofessional in there. The associates are so rude and inconsiderate. This place is a law suit waiting. Most of the non English speaking associates only engage with their own. This place is a disgrace. It's so obvious how separated and unprofessional this place is. Walmart use to be very pleasant to come and shop. It's now like a race and people that work there don't want to help and alot of them don't speak English.

This shop is a mess, especially when it comes to receiving and sending money. After standing in line for 45 minutes, the system stopped working. The next day, the same thing happened: waiting in line again with the system not working. Do they think my time is free?
When the system finally worked, I wanted to pick up money sent from abroad via Western Union. I had the MTCN number, ID, and everything required for the transaction. The customer service woman kept asking for the sender's middle name. I've known the person for 20 years but happened not to know their middle name. She refused to give me the money and blocked me for 24 hours!
Additionally, the staff were unfriendly, and it seemed like they were there as a punishment.
