I'm sorry but in this pharmacy there are many unprofessional people, from the store manager to those who serve in the pharmacy. The manager is never available and when he is in the store he doesn't know how to solve anything, he is an inept. Those at the pharmacy don't want to serve customers and you can hear them talking about patients and even making fun of them.

This store doesn’t know how to pick up the phone. I called multiple times and all they do is pick up the phone and hang it up. Like ??? The Walgreens at Frankford and Tyson is way better, cleaner, and has better associates.

The worst experience and frustration, I hope that your manager can take a few minutes of his time to correct all the negative things that his staff who are in the medication part with reset are doing.I went to pick up my daughter's albuterol, one for home and one for school, which the doctor had prescribed for me. They only gave me 2 boxes with the mask so I could pass them on as the medication came back to me and I told them where the albuterol was, they told me it was the The doctor didn't prescribe it, since I don't have the reset here and because they are only giving me the plastic, they gave me a pretext after the insurance wasn't covering it and I called the insurance, and they told me that they had authorized the payment and that they had it for me. What to give along with the mask and everything together I told the girl at the pharmacy she told me to come back in 2 hours I came back and they only gave me one they made excuses again that the insurance was not authorized the 2 of them went back to the insurance and they loved it pharmacy to give me the 2 albuterol but they still didn't give it to me now they said it was a doctor's mistake I told them no because from the beginning they lied to me by only giving me the mask without the albuterol and if the doctor was wrong they would only give me They had given me a box and no 2, they made all the excuses and they didn't give me more than one...from the beginning they were lying to me, it's the worst. They never accepted their mistake. If I hadn't claimed the medicine, they would have kept the medicine and they were already wearing it. I had already picked it up and in the end they only gave me one. It's the worst experience.

The pharmacy is good I go every month and I've never had a problem. The pharmacy techs always smile.However I'm reducing them to 3 stars because the pharmacy doesn't open till 9 am. That's not convenient for us early people

Walked into the store and was looking to purchase bug spray upon walking to the house section I picked up a can of lavender bug spray and as I was about to walk to the front I checked out the seasonal section and saw that they had a label up for a 2 pack of bug spray for 6.99 i than approached the manger and asked if I could get it at that price point because of the mistake on their side if you were going to put a label up it should’ve been the correct one the manger was really disrespectful when it came to asking questions and shrugged me off this was a bad experience overall the only thing good was the cashier on duty was really nice and respectful.
