This walgreen needs to train their new staff customer service skill. I usually go there once or twice a month. First, I picked up some descriptions for my parent and the color staff behavior was awful. She was like that she didn’t want to work there. Second, the front desk staff, Britney, behavior wasn’t appropriated for the position. I did not know how they got the jobs.

In my opinion, this location store has kept me on hold for 45+ minutes for the Pharmacy department then I called again to speak to a manager that took another 10 minutes. The manager states that they were going to have the pharmacist to pick up while I’m on hold That did not happen so I called again and each time I have waited a total of 16+ minutes. Walgreens needs to do something about the absolute deplorable poor service to their customers. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Customer service doesn't appear to be present here. I felt awful; however, I contacted corporate. I used to work for Walgreens in New Jersey at two incredibly busy stores. Never were we permitted to pick up the phone and put it back on hold without speaking to customers. We also had to ask to place them on hold. We also had to call for help if more than three people were in line. I managed the beauty department at the shore. We pulled customers there as well to check them out. Maybe they need more customer service training. So sad.

The photo department is abysmal! Service poor. Waited for photos over a month and a half. Visited store over 5 times and even spoke to manager of department and they would just tell me the photos not available and to return at a later time. Only to discover that they never sent them out. Please go somewhere else. Poorly staffed and inexperienced personnel!!!!

It's the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. They never answer the phone, and their customer service is rude and unqualified. There are issues with reading information in the system accurately. For instance, when the doctor sends a prescription, they struggle to recognize it. This was particularly evident with the girl who had dyed blonde hair ?♀️. I'll update her name soon, she's the worst

Everything is either locked up or out of stock. The refrigerator doors are now covered by ads so you can't see what's inside. Very unwelcoming environment.

Today was my second unpleasant encounter with someone in the pharmacy named Donna. I have spoken with her before, and her demeanor was not customer friendly at all. However, today was the worst. I am in need of several meds being refilled and was trying to find out if I called in any meds because it’s been about a week. She only wanted to know specifically what meds I was looking for. And when I told her, I wasn’t sure what I had already ordered and I need to order more, she told me she was connecting me to the pharmacist and immediately put me on hold without a response from me. I was on hold for 20 minutes…Never have I been on hold with Walgreens that long in the past! So I hung up and called right back. Donna answered again and once again I tried to get the information I called about 20 minutes prior. Again, her tone was not nice AT ALL, and she was going to put me on hold, but I said to her, “Please do not put me on hold. I talked to you 20 minutes ago, and you said that I had to speak with the pharmacist and I was on hold for that entire 20 minutes.” Her response was that I did not talk to her. I said, “I did speak with you. I remember your voice, and unless you guys have another Donna with the same voice...” Her response was, “Maybe we do” and then put me on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up. I was not able to find a customer service phone number to the store, and I did not want to go through that experience again with Donna. So I called the 1-800 number.

Pharmacy staff treated me rudely and unprofessionally. Not solution oriented. At one point I asked if one of the employees at the drive thru could try something to trouble shoot and she replied “why would I do that?” It took half an hour of back and forth to resolve something that ultimately took 10 minutes to actually complete.I won’t be returning and would recommend avoiding if possible.

The colored lady in the pharmacy is so annoyed. I came back there twice in 2 days but my med wasn’t ready. The way she asked made me feel like I’m not welcomed. I was really mad and decided to switch to CVS.

The woman in the pharmacy was extremely rude. I never like to leave bad reviews, because let's face it, everyone has a bad day here and there, and today could of been hers. However, it's every time I come in here. She pretended like she didn't see me standing there for a few minutes and finally turned her head once my keys rattled. When I asked to check the status of a prescription she said it was not ready. So I then told her I would wait for it. Her reply to me was, "So you want me to fill it". In a nasty tone. Well I mean, I'll come back there and count the vitamins out if you want, but I'm pretty sure that's your job. Miserable people shouldn't work in customer service. I already hate coming here, as the shelves are usually bare. ??♀️
