Me and my wife will never go to this Walgreens on broad street again because it's a security guard. Skinny guy likes to look for problems and make up stories and pick fights. And then call the cops after he tries to pick a fight with people. The security guard just skinny bear with Gray hair Gray and black hair. He's very disrespectful. They should be out of business. They should not be in business and have people there. Disrespectful like that and pick in fights with the customers.

I just had an employee stand on the other side of the aisle I was on where I needed help to get something unlocked from one of the cases and intentionally ignore me then proceeded to huff at me when he finally came over like I was bothering him to do his job which was about five minutes later. I usually love this store and the people in it but this was very offensive and really made me not want to come here again

Ordered same day shipment it says all products where delivered charged full price but was missing 10 items called the store for four hours. Finally got a hold of the manager Gulan he went above and beyond to get my missing order to me. He came after work to drop it off now that's a good employee. Ty gulan that was so nice I can't tell u how thankful I am . He deserves a raise that's for sure

Yeah they're not open 24 hours. If you go anytime before the sun is up you'll be greeted by an old man shaking his head no at you from the other side of the glass. They also have a MASSIVE health violation posted in the from window...so probably for the best.

Excellent stock, best pricing from the rest, neighborhood could be a little edgy, but it's the city, therefore, "heads on a swivel people," you're your best security, although, the store has armed security, totally a plus. All in all I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐, gotta dock them for Pharmacy Hours.

This place kind of seems like a train wreck. I had a package sent here while I was away so I came to pick up. Parking out front is limited. There was only one employee in the store. I wanted 20+ mins for someone to help me grab a package. I guess the other employee was taking a long smoke break. I'm not dissing the employees, I know they're not treated well or paid fairly but I probably wouldn't ship here again.

The posted store hours do not reflectHours of operation which are, in actuality, dictated based on the whims of management. Came in to pick up a package and I was made to wait outside the store for 20 min and then around photo pickup for an additional ten minutes until he finally thought to do his job.

Slow or non-existent service and poorly stocked. Everything locked up due to homeless addicts and looters, and nobody available to open cases. The look of apathy in the eyes of the cashiers is overwhelming.

Store is still locked/closed an hour and 15 minutes past posted open hours. Causing me to be unable to get the supplies needed for my students.

Store looks like it's falling apart with ceiling pieces missing and caution tape up. Looks like water damage throughout the store. Really doesn't even look like it should be open or safe to be in. Also they're not "currently able to sell any food items" no idea what that's about.

I've always seen Walgreens @Br.Snyder, a reputable store. I've also been shopping in this store for 40 years. Today was the Worst experience, I was buying laundry detergent and I seen a Sale on Arm & Hammer Pods for 1.99 until June 17th. Upon getting to cashier Phirum it rung up a different price. I went to get Sale label. She called her Manager Albert, he called someone on the phone and spoke in another Language. Afterwards he told me that price was a Mistake and he wasn't going to Honor the Sale price but he could give me the product for 25% off. Now we All know that's Not Appropriate Customer service. They were Supposed to Honor the Sale Label that the store put on the Product!!!! On my way out the door I told Albert that I would be notifying Corporate, he said Go Ahead..The Security Guard told me I was the Second person that they did this too today.

Says they do qr returns on their website. They have no idea what that is in the store. Or how to use their printer. Awful service.
