The worst pharmacy in West philly. I call and Iam on hold for 30 minutes just to have someone pick up and hang up on me. My grandson important prescription still isn't ready. They told me a half hour but the next day it still wasn't ready. Mind u that was weeks ago. The worst

I used to go here a lot before the pandemic ?, but I am not sure what happened after the pandemic. I thought that businesses rebuild and get better but not here. It’s sad. I called to check the status of my Daughters prescription so that I don’t come here on the bus and waste my time. I was on hold for 45 minutes and whomever kept putting me on hold. I finally hung up. And then I called back to have someone tell me that the pharmacy was closed because they didn’t have the staff to open it. WHO DOES THAT!!!!!! My Daughter had surgery and needed her prescription and this pharmacy used to be convenient because we lived close, but now it’s not convenient nor reliable. Very disappointed and very sad. I have a problem every single time that I go here.

Came here for meds while i was sick and asked a associate for assistance. The boy Daniel was so unnecessarily rude to me and refused to assist me! When I called him out for being rude he lied and said he was the manager. I reported this incident to Walgreens corporate. All I got was an email apologizing from the real manager and Daniel is still there. For that reason i haven't and will not return to a Walgreens again. They dont respect their customers! Daniel if you don't like the brown people you service in this neighborhood then go somewhere else
