We were visiting Philly for a weekend and only went in to buy water. When my husband was paying with his debit card I slowly tried to grab our bag in the interest of time only to get the cashier pulling it towards her until the transaction was completed. This has never happened to me at any other pharmacy or store whatsoever. While I understand that she was being cautious (maybe has had other customers try to get away with stuff they dis not pay for), I did not appreciate this at all. I read it as profiling as she may have heard us speak Spanish and immediately assumed we are delinquents. Definitely not a location I will visit again. There is a Rite Aid store nearby which is where I will be going next time I need to buy water.

Security and staff both greeted upon entry. Store was clean and well labeled as far as isles. Was in and out within 5 minutes. Great place to pick up necessities for out of town folks near the area.

Right in the heart of the city. Tough to find parking and may have limited selection. Wanted a kiwi strawberry Snapple and only found one. Delayed line the day I happened to go - not enough people on register. But ultimately has essentials.

I would have given a one star if the manager had not come to me to give me a chance to complain to her. I was trying to use my coupon and the information I was given from the store associates were quite confusing. The price tag were not marked correctly for items on the shelf. I had to go back and forth several times and I was frustrated. The girl and guy in the counter, however, found the situation laughable. I did complain to them formally and fortunately, the manager was called upon. The manager was professional and sincere. I could see that she was truly trying to solve my problem and offer good customer service. I appreciate her efforts and i decided to give them a four star only because the manager did do her job correctly.

The pharmacist at this location is so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to help me get my medicine after a procedure and worked with other pharmacies to coordinate everything. She took all of the burden off of me and went completely above and beyond. I cannot thank Colleen enough. Her counterpart John is also very capable and quick to help.

I've always had a great experience when I come into the store to pick up a prescription. It's always been the same guy helping me and he's always very quick and nice.

Poor customer service, came in to ask a simple question and you was treated very rudely by the person at the pharmacy. Definitely don't go here it you don't want to be yelled at for asking questions about your medication.

I dropped off my prescription for a narcotic, which I have been using. I moved, so I looked for a new pharmacy. Walgreens informed me that they would do a prior authorization with my insurance company. This process took weeks, but when the authorization was granted, this pharmacist stated that he wouldn't fill the prescription because, "he wasn't comfortable". I read it as a license to profile. I am a professional that works in the courts with a Master's Degree, but I was rear ended on two occasions in the past four years, and that is AFTER my back was already injured. No one at Walgreens cared to elaborate on this pharmacist "comfort" while I am uncomfortable with pain. If the doctor wrote it, and Cigna approves it, why does the pharmacist have a say? He never informed me that he was a part of the process two weeks ago. Profiling is alive and well!

This location is pretty terrible. There is ALWAYS a long wait to check out and you can tell that the staff is miserable. Can't really blame them. But there's no hustle, no organization, and they don't stock as many items as larger locations.

I have gone to this Walgreens recently because the location is convenient and often I just need to run inside for a few things. I usually go to the larger Walgreens on Broad St., so for me the size of the store and the limited selection is a drawback, I'm used to finding pretty much everything that I need at the Broad St. location. I have found the pharmacist and the staff to be friendly and helpful. The lines usually move pretty quickly, sometimes longer than others. I mainly come here because of the location and I will keep coming here as I need to. I think I would be more satisfied with a larger selection of products but I will keep coming here in a pinch.

Maybe the worst Walgreens in the city. Terrible employees. Regularly close well before their posted closing time. Shocking that whoever is in charge lets them get away with it.
