As a business owner I know first hand this store has to be loosing money. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in any business in Philadelphia. And that’s hard to do. I’m mean it %100, the worst in Philadelphia. Rude, confrontational and unprofessional. Why would any buying patron want to walk into that environment let alone spend money there. Horrible. Throw the whole staff away. Anyone posting positive about this store has to be friends of the staff because it’s no way someone would have a positive review of this place.

Heard great things about this shop, but when I went by at 5:37pm (picture of my watch and their store hours to show time) they were already closed. Employees were still inside just hanging out. I knocked on the door and they signaled to me they were already closed.
Hopefully it was for a special event or something and not just employees just wanting an easy afternoon. If that’s the case I’ll be happy to come back by and update my review.

some of the prices for short is outrageous like $85 it’s not even known designer jeans a Prada our Balenciaga but some kind of decal printed on it some of the staff seem out of spaced the duty job but not really there you know like hard to connect like they are robots or something other than that the place is OK I guess but don’t expect it welcome spirit the staff make you feel like you’re bothering them even though they function give you the help that you need but they still treat you like you’re bothering them at the same time if you know what I mean it’s hard to explain it’s weird

The door was locked when I got there at 10:30 on a Tuesday which could’ve stayed locked because they have nothing for women or kids just men. Also the associate never greeted to me when opening the door or asked if I help. Rude.

The staff here are amazing, friendly, and helpful. I was assisted by Diamond, who was nice, and she knew her stuff on their merchandise. Also, whatever they didn't carry, she helped by looking it up at another location I could travel to that had my items . Her manager Tosha was professional and helpful as well when I bought the wrong size and had to come back for exchange. She made sure I knew what options I had before I left the store after my original purchase, which made it easy for me to come and exchange.

IGNORANT @ THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION AND IT DISTURBS THE PEOPLE. [The worst location] MY EXPERIENCE WASTHE WORST EVER OF ALL MY REVIEWS. DTLR IS A COMPLETE DISASTER . THE SECURITY IS EMOTIONAL.
