Hands down the best store to get your shoes. I went to over a half dozen stores on my short visit in Philly looking for a certain shoe. My family mentioned DTLR. So I went! Where the competitor stores not only lacked in-stock products, the customer service was just as disappointing. No one greets you or willing to help. Then if you for help or about an item it’s almost as if you are interrupting them at work.DTLR (especially this location) not only made us feel welcome when entering their store, They even went the extra mile to call another store to check the availability. One left.. I was told they would hold it for me. I couldn’t get there fast enough. lolAnyway, This whole team was great and the positive interaction was also a plus.
