“I love Rhawnhurst Animal Hospital. My dog Charlie is not easy to deal with. Dr. Cantor is an amazing vet who works well with all the animals. I trust this vet and all the associates. Thank you all at Rhawnhurst Animal Hospital.”
“Best vet! Always takes great care of my pets and reassures me when I’m overly worried about something. They are attentive and take their time, always accommodating and flexible and provides genuine good care. They are priced fairly and always try their best to work within my budget. I really love this vet team :) It’s also fairly easy to make an appointment and schedule around a work schedule. I brought my puppy here from the day she was adopted to now almost 2 years old and they helped me every step of the way :)”
“I have a senior kitty, Gigi, who saw Dr. Meister. He thoroughly examined her, tested her & provided a diagnosis & treatment plan in just one visit. Absolutely recommend!”
“Everyone here is super personable and informative. Dr. Knighton and the Tech that checked out Fred, my 10 week old street urchin, were super gentle with him. They gave me a clear overview of what to expect for upcoming visits. They also used treats to help Fred be calm while he received care.
I also really appreciated that the front desk staff is able to give you a ballpark quote for the cost of the visit. There's nothing like being blindsided with fees.
I called around to a few places before picking City Cat Vets. Their pricing seems very fair in comparison.
I totally recommend them if you've got a kitty. The office is dog free. The space is super calm and quiet. The staff are A+ from the first phone call with the front desk to the visit itself.”
“SHVH squeezed us in for a tick bite inspection and they were welcoming and never made us feel rushed. The staff are all so kind to our dog and make her feel comfortable & loved.”
“We were extremely nervous, as our cat was ill for several days and vomiting. Other vets would not give me a fairly reasonable or quick appt. The staff scheduled us as a new patient immediately with kindness and empathy. During the visit, the doctor and staff were extremely attentive, concerned, caring and knowledgeable. They were gentle and patient, as our cat Dixon was extremely fearful. We left feeling that they truly care and that Dixon received thorough and excellent care. We are confident that they gave him the best treatment and highly recommend World of Animals to anyone who truly wants the best love and care. We are extremely grateful and will be making them our new vet for Dixon and our other two Casts.”

3606 Welsh Rd, Philadelphia“Absolutely Wonderful Veterinarian! He took the time to get to know Maxwell as well as talked to me about how we could help him step by step. I’m so grateful they could fit him in ASAP. I definitely highly recommend them because they genuinely care about the overall health of your pet.”
“The scheduling and check-in process was easy and stress-free. The staff was super helpful and very nice. The pricing was affordable, and my two puppies are healing great from their neuter, microchips, and shots! They sent home pain meds for them as well as thorough discharge paperwork. This clinic is one hour from where I live, but between the reviews and the price, it was worth it! Highly recommend”
“I have been bringing my cat to Dr Shafer for a few years now and am extremely impressed with both her + the entire team each time I go. Communication and customer service is above and beyond, the urgent care aspect is a nice option should something come up as emergencies seem to. I feel confident with my cat in their hands every single time!”
“A huge blessing for the neighborhood. Excellent and loving care at a very reasonable price. Serious about caring for animals at a realistic price point. Nice to humans too. Love the decor.”
“We've been taking our boy here for 2 years and we love No Libs Vet. They are so thorough, kind, accommodating, gentle and really make you feel like you and your pet are important.
Could not recommend them enough!”

Thanks ? so much for all you do!!!! Nicole and “Reese” Johnson.”
“When I was a kid, I grew up in farm country - the idea that we would take our dog to get physical therapy would have gotten me laughed out of the state. But it exists, and if your furry family member needs it, this is the place to go. Definitely a Total Wellness center - our dog's life is going to be so much improved after using WAG. I'm kind of oversimplifying it, but they are really knowledgeable about all aspects of what your pet needs, from the aforementioned physical therapy to proper medications or surgery, to both home treatments and in gym exercises. And they are very aware and glad to discuss the costs which is wonderful in Any medical situation. A top-notch staff and facility- highly recommend it!”
“The staff at wissahickon have been amazing dealing with me and my helicopter pet mom ways! My cat, Romeo would probably not bring alive if it wasn't for Dr. Yard's suggestion to go the Metropolitan Veterinary for his IBD. Romeo is currently dealing with a respiratory infection and arthritis and the doctors and staff have been so patient with me emailing them almost every day.
Thank you from Christina and Romeo!”
“The people that work here are the best. The ladies at the front desk were courteous. I had the greatest vet tech, Yasir. He was so knowledgeable and kind, with a great bedside manner. He helped me tremendously! Dr. Scheib took a lot of time with me to explain all about dog allergies and the various treatments for them. I highly recommend this clinic.”
“They really helped money wise getting my puppy spayed, get shots and a chip put in.
All for under 70.00 bucks!
They try to help if you can't afford the medical bills.”
“I really appreciated the staff there, they were so pleasant and very accommodating. I suggest anyone who really cares about their pet’s health to and check it out!!!!”

1500 Wolf St, Philadelphia“Simmons deserves 100 stars. Great neighborhood vet with a compassionate, experienced, and professional staff. It cost us ~$200 total without any insurance to get our 2 cats their checkup, and we were out the door in less than 45 minutes. The vet has a great touch with cats and was able to keep both of ours calm despite some necessary medical man-handling!Don't come here looking for easy parking - visit for the best neighborhood vet you could ever want.”
“If you're in need of honest pricing and a great experience, look no further. I have an approx. 7yo 83lbs pit mix that was sick and needed bloodwork/testing done. Came to Cottman Animal Hospital as a first time patient and was blown away with the experience as a whole. The staff is just amazing, friendly, understanding, and compassionate. I was able to get my dog all the help he needed for his health and fill meds on site. I will be surely returning with him for any needs he has in the future.
Thank you, Cottman Animal Hospital from Baci the bully and myself!!!”
“Fantastic Animal Hospital! My dog has been seeing Dr. Collata since he was 3 months (and is now 3). Nothing but good things to say about this place. Makes you feel very comfortable, and you are never waiting long!”
“I find myself unexpectedly emotional as I write this review—perhaps because the reality of moving away is sinking in, and I can't believe I'll have to find a new vet after 11 years with VCA. Dr. Deb and her team have been more than just caregivers for my cats; they've been a comforting presence through all of life's changes.
From the moment we first walked through their doors, Dr. Deb and her team have consistently shown an extraordinary level of empathy, competence, and dedication. They have not only provided exceptional medical care but have also been a source of emotional support during some of my most challenging times with these cats. Their genuine kindness and understanding have meant so much to me and my feline companions.
Dr. Deb’s expertise and compassion are unparalleled. She has a remarkable ability to make both pets and their owners feel at ease, and her commitment to providing the best possible care is evident in every interaction. Her team mirrors her exceptional standards, always going above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of their patients.
As I prepare for this move, the thought of not having Dr. Deb’s guidance and care available to me is truly disheartening. If it is feasible, I would gladly make the hour-long drive just to continue entrusting my pets to her care.
Dr. Deb and her team have become a cherished part of my life, and I am profoundly grateful for their unwavering support and outstanding service over the years.
Thank you, Dr. Deb and the whole team, for being such a wonderful part of our lives. You will be deeply missed, and I wholeheartedly recommend your practice to anyone seeking compassionate, expert veterinary care.”
“The people there are very nice. They treated my cat very well The vet was knowledgeable and very nice to my baby girl. The prices aren’t bad either, ’ll definitely be back. And they have two really cute cats walking around the office”

1114 S Front St, Philadelphia“10/15/2024
Amber is our neighborhood stray. I know him because he frequently shows-up and I feed him. This day he showed up with a gulf ball size wound on his head. I immediately took him to BPH in CC Philadelphia. They wasted no time admitting and caring for him. They treated Stray Amber as if he was one of their own! The staff and service is exemplary! -mdc”
“Dr. Denish was my pet ball pythons only vet from when he was 11 to when he passed away at 32. He was very helpful when my snake had temporary periods of not eating. Overall I highly recommend this facility and especially Dr. Denish for reptile needs. Not many vets know how to treat snakes, and Dr. Denish is great and knowledgeable.”
“We felt that our pet received great care during his last visit. We are grateful to have a local vet who takes the time to hear our concerns and love our pet as much as we do. It is a little bit pricey here, but the convenience and quality of care if worth it to us!”

“Love this place and how they treat us here! We have a pup who can be anxious but this crew shows her love and understanding every visit. We are very appreciative of Fishtown animal hospital and won’t go anywhere else for care of our pets.”
“My dog has seen Dr. McMahon and Dr. Lee, both very good vets who were kind and made sure I had opportunities to ask any questions. I appreciate not feeling rushed out, they care about my dog!”
“Two weeks ago my Kings Charles Cavalier's health declined seriously in the middle of the night. He had been suffering from from neuropathy in his back legs and he now had a temperature and was yelping in pain. From the moment we walked in to VEG on Walnut Street, Philadelphia, Dr. Megan and her team of nurses treated us with such love and were so comforting. She listened and gave me the options for moving forward. Finnegan was at the end and we decided to put him to sleep. It was a heart wrenching decision and my sweetie died in my arms. They also arranged a cremation package - ashes, footprint and hair lock - that arrived a few days later. To have such wonderful people with you when you make end of life decisions for your pet is so heart warming. Thank you all so much for your kindness and understanding. With gratitude. Renee Jones”
