If your employees mess up and advise incorrectly or give the wrong items you should be a better business man and take accountability for them. Two main dudes know what they talking about in there. The others don’t. That one 20$ mistake will make me start going to the other vape shop on grant ave and bustleton. Ashame cause this shop is pretty dope.

I went to vapes from smoking cigs when the Altos had the berry refill pods. I decided on a permanent device when the flavors were banned. There was and still not many vapes around me, and I tried many since the banning. The employees at Vapor Hut were by far the most knowledgeable and took the time to show me how things worked since most device's pods are going towards making the coils the part to change. Not to mention the difference between the liquids. The companies update their vape devices faster than the cell phone companies do with cells. The options for devices and liquids are insane.I don't like going anywhere else for my vape needs.

This place has a very large selection of juices, mods, etc. And now the even sale cigars. The store is always clean and has great customer service.

This is the closest to me and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. They are kind to my dog who comes with me everywhere. They are always so patient with me, as I take forever to decide on flavors?

One thing I would like to say is please be mindfully that vape shops has alot of selections to choose from and some people come far just to go to your vape shop and not only that to vape is not cheap...PLEASE stop making the customer feel rushed especially if I am spending my money and coming from a distance... definitely not a good feeling.I can say their selection of e-juices is nice. I I was a little disappointed cuz they didn't have two of the different coils I needed for my mods and when I ask the gentleman he said he didn't make the orders which to me was not an appropriate answer to tell a customer..but I was not going to argue.

They have a big selection of mods and juices but it's over priced. Something that has a price of 15$ by the company, cost 27$ up there so they are pretty much doubling cost. They do explain what your looking at and have inventory on computer to look up whatever you need so everything is fine but the prices. With so many options out there, it is nicer then getting a company to ship, or shop online and not know what your getting, so thats worth something but thats quite a mark-up.

I think it's funny reading some reviews. Dudes who work there are cool AF and if always been treated kindly and respectively. They have mostly all the things I need. OR go online and check out vape mall! CHEAPEST ONLINE!

Can I just say... how the boys who work there went wayyyy out of their way to help me.So here it goes.I became disabled about 7 plus years ago. My old bumper took an uber for the first time ever to my Vapor Hut this evening. I didn't know i had to schedule a "round trip". Uber driver dropped me off & left. As I purchased my pod (Earlier this week I got 'juice' & the young man asked if I needed pods. I said no. Whelp... guess what I should have listened to him)So I told Bill & the young man with the best beard I've ever seen what happened with Mr Uber. We chatted a little bit.Bill suggested I watch a youtube video on how to schedule a return trip/multiple stops.Soi asked the boys if they would mind calling me a cab...See they are professional drivers vs..Uber dudes.I left my cell phone at home...So Bill called & I made it home safe & sound.They didn't need to help me..but they did.Thank you to Bill & the Best bearded guy I've ever seenGod bless. Luv old og in philly

This place was good when it first opened. Now they have employees who have no idea what they are talking about and the one big Samoan guy is about as rude as they come. Not to mention too stoned to do his job efficiently
