I have been calling for 2 days , all day and no one picks up the phone. I ordered something that said it got delivered on 3/11/2024 @ 4:37 pm but nothing was there ! This package was important. I can’t believe that no one is answering. Probably some dirty ghetto people in there .

I really enjoy coming to this post office.. long line sometimes but the Latino woman that works in the middle is great.. very fast, knowledgeable and all around great to deal with.. she's always smiling and very helpful ..

It was past opening hours and they had a long line of people waiting outside unable to get in because the doors were locked. There are a lot of complaints regarding this location that doesn't seem to be making it to Google reviews. My advice for this branch employees is to exercise patience. Everyone doesn't speak English and everyone doesn't know the postal service system like the backs of their hands. And can we not leave our community seniors waiting in a long line outside past opening hours please?

Signs says it opens at 8am on the weekend but staff arrives well after that. Most times, the machines are down and short staffed. Not worth coming here. I end up having to drive further out.

Went this morning only one man working. And slow with a long line. Decided to wait after 1pm to go back. Post office suppose to close at 3:00pm. Why is the office closed at 2:30pm? Why are u closed? Lady drove pass me and said the man been left an hour ago. Smh

SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!PROS: There's drop off for labelled packages without needing to stay in the line.CONS: Your package will not be scanned in before shipping, making it difficult to track. Package arrives late, because it's not going through the system making your customers to complain.Your package might be delivered to another state, zip code, and address you didn't put on it.Your express shipping will/might get delayed and eventually late than even priority mail or first class mail.SOLUTION: Ensure you stay on the line for scanning in of your package or go somewhere else.WARNING: Be warned, I have lost so much due to these listed issues.

I was so frustrated at the service here. After waiting in a long line, the associate refused to give service because there was no customer form to Canada. She told me to another post office in Rising Sun Ave but the address is not correct!

Every time I come here it’s a line almost out the door,,,, the workers are nice not saying they rude but it takes 30-40 mins to help one person… 20 people waiting to be seen and only 1 worker is ridiculous

Most times I receive fair treatment when entering this post office; however yesterday I drove across town to get to the office before the closing time of 5pm. Another gentleman walked in front of me and entered at 4:50pm…Closing for this location is at 5pm. As we approached the associate stated we’re closed. We gentleman and i both stated the the hour of closing is 5pm. The associate said we take our last Paterson at 4:30pm and our systems are all shut down. The lady at the counter is our last customer for the day. The gentleman and I look confused and frustrated. He then asked if he could just pick up his package. The associate said yes you can tomorrow. I felt really bad. If this is something that’s instructed by the federal government please place signage up so the exception is there and the community is informed of the operational protocol. I understand that the workers are on a time schedule to get things done and to be able to leave and go home to their families after working a full day; however messaging on the website and at the door would be helpful and would not be misleading to the customers in the community.
