The two older women that work here are very miserable its like you have to fill in the box to have a bad attitude to be able to work here smh usps you have to do better. After reading everyone’s reviews I’m seeing everyone has the same experience. Someone please explain why these women still work here ???

One day they accept money order request the other day they don’t. She cannot answer when I asked the reason of not accept. There isn’t any company policy, they doing what they wanted.

As I read the other reviews, I can see that I’m not the only one to have a poor experience with the front desk clerk. Who’s an older lady, African American, with braids and has a rude dismissive attitude like customers are an inconvenience to her.
I arrived around 8:55am and they opened at 9:00am. Me and 3 other customers stood for about 15 minutes before we were help and we weren’t met with a pleasant attitude. One of her coworkers said “you going to help that young man” she says “he has to wait I’m not ready yet.” I never wrote a review or complaint on someone before but it felt necessary.

The service is terrible, they say they serve from 9 o'clock but they make you wait until they want, I needed to put a stamp I went to pay with 5 dollars and they didn't receive it because I needed them to hand over 1 simple dollar, I didn't know some words and they I put them in the translator, the only response was "I don't speak Spanish" there was not even the slightest intention to help, a really racist person with little vocation for customer service

Quite possibly the worst post office ever. Yesterday I stood in line (with several other people) to rent a PO box, only to get to the front and be told by the cashier that he was leaving for the day and that no one would be able to help us for an hour and a half which is when the next staff person would arrive. They let us stand in line only to tell us they we couldn't be helped.I witnessed another woman have to complain about calling and leaving messages for TWO WEEKS to resolve an issue for her rental property, but no one bothered to return her call.Today, I decided to rent the PO box online so that all I had to do was pickup the key. When I arrived there was a sign stating "system is down". When I asked the cashier when we can expect for it to be back up, she had "no idea" and didn't bother trying to ask her superiors. No one at this post office seems to care. Our neighborhood deserves better service than this!

They’re are no help at this place they should close this facility down I show them they’ve sent my mail to the wrong address with my receipt and she stated they I could of sent multiple letters that day when my receipt shows I only sent out one letter I wasted my money here and they can’t even help me with my situation that they’ve done incorrectly

My package wasn't placed in my box, yet it was posted ""Delivered.""I should have adhered to the reviews, as this is the WORST POST OFFICE, I've ever conducted business with. I NEVER received my package, and haven't been reimbursed!!

What is the point of having the HOLD mail service if you do not hold it and you continue to send the mail to an address that I do not live at? Resulting in mail being opened and or thrown away or worse. Help me understand this level of incompetency. They need to be held accountable, PERIODT!!!!
