One of my favorite post offices in the area, the wait can be long at times, but the workers are nice and I haven’t had issues with packages being delivered.

They have “walk in”on Tuesdays from 9-5. After waiting a hour in line they ask you if you have a appointment, if you don’t have one they just don’t help you .so what is the point of having walk in ? Just put a sign that says No Walk in ! Which make more sense. Stop wasting people time ! They really got me upset with their horrible service .

Takes forever when you have to go in. Employees are more interested in their cell phones than helping the customers. Went to pick up a hold mail request, mail wasn't there. Said carrier probably took it. Mail didn't get delivered either and they have also misplaced an Amazon package. Absolute clownshow.

Worse office I’ve ever been to… workers are extremely slow and take it a new level. Have gone multiple days to drop off a package at 915/930 and the doors are still not open and people are waiting outside.

ID you have a PO Box change the location if you’re a busy person like me because they always close specially Saturday’s 9-12. At 11:45 they closed everything and during the week same thing!

I was just in there this morning, with two small children getting ready to ship a few items when a postal service work in full uniform was on the phone by the envelope counters angry on the phone dropping F bombs left and right. Complete disgrace. Who is the postal service hiring anymore? Amazon workers? Can’t go anywhere anymore with people being civilized and showing respect towards others around or acting professional.

Sooo rude, the guy outside there ask if we needed help which we didn’t yet
cuz we just walked in. When we ask him question he say you don’t needed my help so look for yourself and walk away. Rude guy working, don’t go there.

They suck. I dropped a package off on a Friday for a warranty replacement, the guy told me the package would be delivered on Monday, it arrived a week later. The place it was shipping to was about a 2 hour drive from where I live, so it took them 7 days to get an item that is a 2 hour drive away. More than likely they let my item sit for days before shipping it out and according to the tracking updates it's not like it was being bounced all over the place. By the looks of it, it seems like they waited 6 days to ship it and then it was there on the 7th day.

standing in passport walk in line for half an hour. I'm the LAST person no one is behind me...comes my turn...black woman must be a resist asks if I have an appointment. i said no then she says we are closed now... AT VERY LEAST she could tell not to wait or serve the last person. what an ahole
