Watch out for the two clerks at the front desk. They are so rude and need an attitude check as I have dealt with one of them before. I went to the post office this morning to address my mail being resumed after it was supposed to resume delivery yesterday and nothing was delivered. I get informed delivery and when I tried to explain my situation to the other rude female at the front desk, she said that I should know about it especially since I also work for the Post Office. I told her that I do. When I got an email yesterday of what I’m supposed to be getting delivered yesterday minus the mail I picked up, I did not get the mail delivered that I was able to view on the email yesterday. Also, the office opened up at 912 instead of 900. When you call the office during normal hours regardless of the reason, they barely answer the phone. They deserve a smack lol.

I ship over 70 packages a month through usps, one package has gone missing. Went in to where it was dropped off and the manager wouldn’t help me. I asked for his name and he yelled instead of helping me in the situation.. no one wants to help me solve this issue even if I give them all the business I do. Stay away from this business and that man.

I'd like to specifically leave a review for store associate Rahmour who was our saving grace with an expensive package that was originally lost by USPS. After calling multiple representatives on the main customer service line, we were able to get ahold of Rahmour who was very helpful from start to finish and helped us confirm the location of the package and ensure that the proper procedures were taken to ensure we got it back which originally seemed like an impossible outcome. I cannot say enough great things about Rahmour - great communication, he went above and beyond to assist us, and we are so appreciative he was able to help us see this through as we would've been out a lot of money if the package wasn't able to be located and returned. Great support - THANK YOU SO MUCH, RAHMOUR S.!

The lady at the counter was talking loudly on the personal phone call while was taking care of my letter, it was confusing, disrespectful and irritating, she failed to ask me if I want receipt emailed, just did it herself to do not get distracted from her phone conversation. Did not apologize when made mistake and her whole appearance expressed an attitude. It was important letter and I hope she did not make mistakes because she did not pay proper attention to her work

I’m unaware of the procedures at this local post office , but my mail man told me - that you guys said that he throws my mail in the street . He does not, and he’s one of the best we’ve had in a long time on 1800 Bergen.
