WORST POST OFFICE IN PHILADELPHIA.
THEIVES. LIARS. SCAMMERS.
Every time I see they’re delivering a package I know it won’t be delivered. So much money I’ve wasted on packages that have mysteriously disappeared. Just have it delivered to someone else you know NOT in this area.

Zero stars. This is the absolute worst post office in the Northwest section of Philly. There must be widespread corruption and theft happening, that leadership knows about and overlooks, or worse, participates in and potentially leads. I cannot count the number of times I have received mail that has had things stolen out of it. Packages "go missing," or are delayed by weeks and months. Things are returned to sender, presumably because they do not feel like making more than one attempt, or did not take it to the right place in the first place. Total incompetence. Total and complete exploitation of our tax dollars. A total embarrassment to USPS and postal workers everywhere who work hard every day. Fire the entire leadership team (as it is CLEARLY a leadership issue) and start from scratch.

There’s a black man that has a Afro that delivers to walnut terrace apartments and is very rude and he obviously doesn’t care about his job.. our mailboxes was left open and unsecured and he was caught getting in his truck and was yelled out to and looked and acknowledged but ignored what was being said to him…this is not the first time our mailboxes was left like this something needs to be done how dare he!! People’s personal info is at risk!!! That’s dangerous!!!

Mail is left on the door stoop, unsorted. The regular mailman does not do this. Mailboxes are clearly labeled.

Almost every single package delivery either doesn't make it to my door or shows up weeks late, often damaged with an apology note from USPS. In the future, I will refuse to order anything online from any vendor that doesn't ship via UPS or FEDEX.Junk mail makes it to my door just fine, of course.... funny how that works.I keep checking for a very important package that was shipped a few days after Christmas (It's January 10th now). It keeps telling me that I should expect delivery that day, or it just says "Moving through network". My package has been sitting somewhere in Philly for over a week and still hasn't made it to my door. This happens so frequently that I have come to bet on it with every delivery.

This post office works are so unprofessional. He walk to back without saying anything to us, he was gone for 15 minutes while we waited ut was five customers two people left. This is acceptable and rude

I’d give a 0 if possible. Horrible at delivering mail. I’ve lost multiple important documents including my license from this Usps. Made multiple service request online and spoke to customer on the phone after going to post office a couple times. If you have an issue here you will not be taken care of in all seriousness, they don’t care.

I came to this post office needing help certain letters were supposed to be mailed to my house and I didn't receive themfearing my mail was being stolen I went to the post office and asked them to hold my mail two weeks ago & I'm still receiving mail in my mailbox and for the last 2 weeks I come to this post office and ask them do I have any mail they say nothat's not even possible I don't know what the heck is going on in this place but if they can't do their job why do they have their jobs
