Had some packages that I had to pick up. The lady was nice, and I was in and out.

Light skinned heavy set lady with short hair and glasses was rude when I came in to ask how to properly return my package. Rolled her eyes very vague answer and basically made me feel uncomfortable to ask more questions. Get more people in there

Had a pleasant experience with mail carrier who took the time to ring my bell and hand me my package oldergentleman but Ireally appreciate it
