employees (women) are rude and unhelpful. The one man I’ve seen there once was nice. Idk what the deal is with USPS workers but 99% of them in this area are miserable and I dread speaking to them. They Sent my package to an incomplete address then didn’t help answer my questions about locating it. Just a frustrating place to go.

Kind of surprised to see how many negative reviews this place has. I ship pretty often and have come here frequently since moving to the area and I’ve never had a problem with this post office, even when asking the staff some pretty stupid questions. Always helpful and courteous people working here that get the job done efficiently. No complaints.

They are officially reopened after almost two years of recovery from the flood. Considering how long they were closed for the smell of fresh paint makes it pretty obvious that they only started the repairs recently.I went into drop off of mailing that was prepaid but the other woman that came into purchase a money order was told they don't have them yet and that they are reopening slowly. So just be aware that certain things might not yet be available.

This post office has been closed since September 2021, with no apparent construction being done more than a year later. (I'm told there was flooding; happily, for me, I didn't live here then.) There is not even information on the building to indicate its closure, so that people who are new to the area would have no idea what is going on. Mail is consistently later than the day the USPS Informed Delivery service indicates it will be delivered. The population of this area of Philadelphia is around 10,000 people. We should receive a tax rebate for the substandard service.

This post office in East Falls is getting ridiculous about delivering mail in this area for two days no mail get there acts together if there are bills and it is on time I WILL SUED THE EAST FALLS OFFICE

I send 6 packages. I didn't scan it, I just left it in the post office because I was in a hurry. 7 days passed, none of the packages even moved from their place and there is no information.

Worst post office in the country. Horrible carriers that lose mail and kick dogs. I would demolish the place and rebuild/rehire. They all need to be fired ASAP

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Countless packages and mail which were supposedly delivered but we never received the items. Made reports online but nothing has come from their "Investigations". Completely and utterly useless. Scumbags taking envelopes before even being sent out for delivery. Ugh!

I love my mailman! He’s amazing!! 5 stars for him! 2 stars for the post office lolI pulled out of my driveway & he was at the end of the street and waved me down to hand me my mail! It was nice. If I’m out front..and he’s on theother side of the street..he’ll bring theMail...just the little things...you know..Lately I haven’t seen him around, it’s been someone else..kinda bummed.Haven’t received any mail for a few days now..and using the informed delivery app..I can see that there is a piece of mail that was due 3 days ago...and I’m really hoping everything comesToday...I really don’t want to go to the post office, none of my experiences there have been...well...good.Anyone else not getting mail lately?
