I was surprised by the low rating of this post office until I went there in person. Once there was a line and the service was slow, without smiles or special politeness, but overall it was fine. Another time, when I came there to send a parcel with a ready-made label, there was not a single client there, and there were no employees at the workplace either. I said hello, expecting at least some employee. The employee came out of the back room dissatisfied, apparently I distracted her for some reason. This employee did not greet me, she was simply silent, and silently she scanned my shipping label. And when I said “Thank you,” this employee simply said “hmmmm” dissatisfied, without saying a single word. Strange.

Waited there for 10 minutes. No one else in the office. They have a bell (rang twice). People laughing in back and music playing loudly. First time there (and my last).

Jasmin provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me with my address change. Due to a mail delivery issue, I was having trouble receiving my mail, but Jasmin and her supervisor went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Her willingness to work with me is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jasmin!

A few years back, had periods when I didn't receive my mail in a timely manner, so I had to make a few reports. However, as of lately, I have experienced no issues with this post office. I have been receiving my mail on time. Also on the occasion when I go into the actually Post office, apart from slowness, if they're crowded, because they have only one window open, I've had no issues. Better to come early to avoid the crowd.

dropped a pre-paid label package off here and it was never scanned - just vanished. i ship things this way from other post offices all the time and it’s fine. the ONLY time i use this post office this happens, so will never ever ever use this post office again.

This Post Office is very unprofessional and poorly run. I often get mail that doesn't belong to me. Wrong addresses and wrong names. I ask for mail to be held and it was lost, never delivered to me. I've gone to this location on multiple instances and stood waiting for 10-20 mins without a single person attending to anyone. See pictures below for the store completely unattended. People could've easily stolen multiple items. This branch needs new management ASAP.

I run a business and schedule pickups yet there’s packages not being picked up repeatedly then I get an email saying pickup complete when they didn’t. There’s only one mailman (Mike) who will pickup my packages when he receives a slip. Any other carrier will deliver my mail but won’t knock for pickup. I’ve gone to the post office several times to speak to a supervisor about this. Everytime I go up there people are in the back playing around and take forever to come to the window. I’ve been told every single time the supervisor is busy and I would have to wait a while. I ended up leaving the last two times after waiting too long. This location is horrible from the supervisor on down. Nobody seems to care or take their job seriously. I appreciate the one carrier who does his job but the rest on this route just rush through while on their phones and don’t care to do a thorough job.

If I could give zero stars I would. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNHELPFUL. This post office is really a disgrace and a disservice to the community.

I needed to send a letter and the cashier wouldn't allow me to pay with a $20 bill. Very annoying. He said it was too big of a bill.

My packages are marked out for delivery I wait for them all day they never get delivered and I get a alert saying they tried to deliver it which is a lie this has happened at 5 times and I end up going to get my packages from the post office myself because I can't depend on the mailman to deliver them why is this are they all just lazy liars or what I was supposed to get my packages yesterday they were marked out for delivery again and nothing came

All my mail comes to my house I I’m tracking my packages never came then it say some said it will be pickup no I did not do that so I get messages saying pickup my packages I go there in there end and paper work it said it’s there but they don’t see it and and don’t have delivery date either what’s going on please find my packages

I was supposed to receive my package todayI received a message through my email.I asked the mail lady did I have a package today she said no.I called UPSAnd they said my package was delivered to the post officeAnd there was an attempt to deliverAnd a notice left on my doorWhich is not true.I would like to know where is my package?My experience in using this post office isIt's always understandAnd having to stand in line forHours to get waited on,So I go outside of my neighborhood and use other post offices
