It’s not sufficient to use words like “incompetent” or “idiotic” because those words imply at least some level of consciousness. It’s not clear if the people working here are even sentient at all. Losing packages seems to be the primary purpose of their existence, as they almost never manage to keep track of anything or deliver it appropriately. If you show up to pick something up, they’ll ask you for multiple forms of ID before disappearing into the back for 15 minutes and coming out empty handed with no clue where the package is. If they send something out for delivery, though, they’ll just dump it off anywhere. Even if it’s a signature-requires package, they’ll just hand it off to anyone passing by and saying it was “delivered”, signed by some total stranger. It’s not just morally criminal. It’s literally criminal the way they mishandle property and cause financial loss to customers.

They don't answer phone calls and they let the phone ring continuously until it becomes busy n hangs up automatically. When I go there in person barely one person in the front counter. I reported a change of address 3 times n got rejected. I've waited for 20 days passed no letter notice and they send the letter to my old address which I don't live there anymore. Customer service is becoming less helpful. I've tried to call at this facility several times and no response.

My package been here for 4 days and it still say out for delivery? it was in my area code of 19148 but idk why it went there and said rescheduled like what?? To Make it worst came to check the reviews well dammm! It’s all bad on this end smh dam everyone packages went missing huh?

Very bad customer service. Both front agents were on personal phone while serving customers. Young one was texting and the older lady was talking.

This place seems to have a wildly low rating that had me dreading when I scheduled my passport application.
Though I had done my dued diligence to make sure I had everything I needed; maybe that's why my experience was so smooth. The woman at the counter was very polite and kind with me and my personal process took 5minutes.
The only con here is impatient customers and not having enough staff at the counters

The customer service for the entire company is just unproductive. You ask the A.I. chat box for an agent, and they dance around asking you arbitrary questions that have nothing to do with connecting you to an agent. Why would you make such an essential service so rudimentary and redundant. Just puts you through a loop until you are too frustrated to keep answering the same questions and finally hang up. Hire some real people and trust me, the call times will go down. When a human can speak to a human, issues get resolved. When a computer is trying to understand what you want and the options they give you aren't the options you are plagued with, it doesn't solve anything. Just results in bad reviews and frustrated Americans.

worst custmer service ever to send anyting using them. my weeding clothe is lost which cost me $1500 and $103 to send the pacakge. The weeding was on hold until they find my clothe, but usps is telling me now its lost and they can't do anything about it or they dont want even pay me the value, they just left me haning. please dont use them instead, use fedex or DHL. they are much bette, becuase usps steal everything. I was blind using usps in the first place.
