A package got delivered to the wrong address which is absolutely idiotic. They said they couldn't do anything and would send me an email with my claim so I could contact the company, they never did. This is as of today like I tracked the phone they called me from to here and it's closed? Regardless, F them I can't believe this level of incompetence. It's disgusting.

I see my mail online before it comes to my house but for some strange reason I have not been getting all of my mail as well as my packages smh. No one should have to wonder where there mail is I wish they just close this place down this is getting sickening then when I call they don't answer and when they do they are so ignorant as if I owed them something. I talk to the mailman Friday and he said they keep changing mail men and it's not his regular run smh. Anyone who has lost mail from this place needs to call this place out.

They delivered my card to the wrong mailing address instead of my address that was in the already so now I have to wait until the company fixed my address so they can send me out another card.I blame the USPS for shipping my mail to prison and not my house and my address was right on there computers

I keep having a problem with this post office when it comes to my packages they say it’s been delivered it be know where to be found they say it’s been attempted to be relieved and they don’t leave no pink slip and I be sitting downstairs or outside when they come at this point they just need lockers for packages so e we can pick them up ourselves usps is really the worst

This place is horrible I could never get my packages they’re always saying that the package was delivered when I have not received my packages I don’t know what’s going on there and the last time I was there they were eating They we’re having a party it has no consideration about my package I’m sick of them horrible service the only there to get a check…sick of uspsI really don’t want to give them no stars but I had to at least pick one not satisfied

I wish I can give negative star. I'm not a person who usually leave the comment. But I have to say something. Horrible experience always. Lying about delivery attempt. We were at home whenever we are expecting delivery. However, the alarm appeared all of sudden no access to the location. It happened multiple times! Can't believe it! Then how we get other mails ha? And also other delivery services from other carrier? In that theory, we should not be able to get any mail or package either. Right? That means you even didn't attempt to come for delivery plus ask customers to pick up! Also customer service was whining about the volume. I get it but you should do your job professionally before whining about it. Lying is not acceptable. Absolutely unprofessional. Shame you.

Great service , hope this closure is only Temporary. My packages are always on time never had a problem lived with 4 blocks from this location for 48 years. Even during the prime of the pandemic always received mail and packages. The other location at 24th and Oregon in the plaza is horrible , poor customer service and lazy workers who steal .
