My packages aren't being delivered. Three packages back to back. I have a camera on the porch and the packages weren't delivered. I use to work for the Post Office and I never scanned a package delivered when it wasn't this is sickening.

The representative behind the counter, Deysha, was extremely rude. She was on her phone the whole time, talking to someone other than me, and talking to that person about me. I showed up unprepared and needed to purchase supplies and she gave me an attitude about showing up unprepared. I asked to use the tape, which I was willing to purchase and she told me I could use it but I’d need scissors, which she wasn’t allowed to give me. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. This isn’t unlike other experiences I’ve had at this location. It’s pretty uncomfortable to come here.

The one employee posted there is efficient and professional. However, because USPS only puts one person there, when that person takes lunch, the branch is effectively closed for an hour. Which means those lunch hours should be posted online so we don't waste a trip going there when its supposed to be open. I have a PObox there, and its always easy to get in and out, and its always clean and organized and well-stocked.

This is the worst station to work for or to go to management is horrible! The staff seem miserable went there for a passport appt spent almost 4 hours there with 2 people ahead of me !!! Make that make sense .

Courier from this location delivered my package to the wrong address - from Ucity all the way to Strawberry Mansion, no where near where I am. Called them twice only to be told they delivered it to the right address, and when I said I talked to the postmaster (which I had done prior, and how I found out my package was in Strawberry Mansion), they told me to take it up with someone else and hung up on me. Would not recommend dealing with this location to anyone, go to the one next to Eastern State Penitentiary instead!

to be avoided! my mail doesnt even seem to be getting through to my PO box, ive had friends get "return to sender, no mail recepticle" and the clerk just doesnt seem to care, and repeatedly told me "it should work, i dont know why its not getting through". also, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY she is late, usually by about 10mins, but sometimes even up to 30! the time on the doir should be changed if the post office actually opens at 7:30, but it doesnt, it opens at 7. id love to show up to work 10-30mins late every day! the only days this clerk isnt late is when the office is just inexplicably, randomly closed. no warning, no reason, just closed. want to mail something? too bad. USPS do you even care about mail anymore? this office needs to just be closed altogether and save this clerk the nightmare of running a small storefront which she obviously cant handle. im having to tell people to send letters ( LETTERS!) by UPS simply because im not receiving them, and the only individual who can help me simply couldnt be bothered to do so. when i even purchased the PO box in the first place she didnt even give me an official address, and only after a bucket of attitude did she HAND WRITE the address on the BACK OF MY RECEIPT! classy.
