Horrible Customer Service!!! Also, there seems to be a running scam going on at this location where the workers make minor adjustments to packages dropped off and they claim the dimensions were off by an inch or so, then they put it in the system and charge you the difference. The recipients never receive an adjusted package, but rather they receive the exact package we send. So it seems the adjustment they make, isn't relevant, if they claim it's big enough for a box why aren't the Customers receiving a box. So the adjustments (the difference) seems to be being pocketed by some or all the workers. Something is extremely off with the workers in this post office. Unprofessional and rude. There need some corporate action taken against this particular post office. This is a federal crime.

Never open, they don't answer the phone. Still missing 3 packages from over a month ago. Front desk lady is completely incompetent and rude, don't even understand how she's still employed.
Update: Now missing 4 packages and the 1 package they delivered was damaged and opened before receipt. Hope this office gets closed down and everyone loses their position because this is absolute negligence and incompetence at its peak.

Y’all the worst there this lady that steals packages ? this is the second time she took my package ? she scan it open the door of the post office van and then act like she putting it on the steps but take it back and keep going….

I've send a package with them twice, the first reach the destination but one week later so it was spoiled...the second one i pay priority for 2 days and never reach the destination...

Hopefully somebody with some authority reads this. The manager of this site is under the impression that mail forwarding of any type from a building with multiple units is not possible for the post office. Of course that’s nonsense. It’s a routune process and a standard request.When I asked if she was certain about the impossibility of this, she said yes, then slammed close the window and called me a loser. Pretty insane escalation and unacceptable behavior, particularly somebody in a position of authority.Afterwards I went to the post office on Lehigh Ave, who were able to process my mail forwarding request without any issue.I am not sure how this level of both rudeness and ignorance could lead to this person achieving a position of authority of any kind. I’d recommend further training and probably some disciplined action for the needless insulting of customers.

After reading other reviews, I was hesitant to visit this location, BUT The lady behind the counter was phenomenal, the 4 stars are for her! This was on a Saturday morning, There was a nonstop line, and she tackled every situation with patience and kindness. When I got up there She addressed or Offered a follow up on All my issues I am having with receiving packages.. The part: about packages just sitting at the office for days needs to change, that part gets 0 stars.

there's only ever one person working the counter, making each time I come here at least a 20 minute wait. and they're not hiring new people to fix this issue, due to lack of funding. the lady at the counter was very nice

The whole USPS is a mess. Packages never come on the expected date from any vender because once USPS gets a hold of it, it gets to visit several states usually with an overnight stay in each. Then the items get to ride around the city for 14 hours because they go out for delivery at 0600 and at 2000 the drivers must be too tired to walk to door so they go back to the post office with an excuse that they couldn't access property.

It's the worst government job any one can have. I have been waiting for a package since Saturday. They lie and say they tried to deliver it but they never did. Then it says it's being held st the facility for pick up. We get there and it's not there. Then we're told it's out for delivery again since 9am this morning. Still no package. I think USPS owes me some money for this package being extremely late after it was promised. Never again.
