Moved & they lost all my mail for months including auto tags which are expensive to replace. Frankford Post office called me in response to inquires regarding my lost mail said they were in charge of this office. They were supposed to look into the matter and have someone call me back. Never heard from anyone.Stopped by today to follow up but they had to close early due to short staffing.WTH

I'm sorry those other people had a bad experience at the bridesburg Post office.I lived around bridesburg for 29 years and never had an issue with the post office they've always treated me with respect and are so helpful. I was just there today and I had a wonderful lady, who was very kind and helpful I'm happy to say.

They open and close when they want. Closing 2 hours early means this USPS needs help and should put a now hiring sign up, Only looking for people that really want to work and can your whole shift. Why even come in for 2 hours? Lol. Hire new employees that can and want to work please!

Worst customer service ever! the guy was so rude, there were 2 employees on the window, and both had next window sign on...seems like both didn't want to work. they were chatting with each other. no name tags either!

This is about usps practices. when I tried to mail a usps mailer the price was more than on the mailer. The price on the mailer is a $1.09 and that price came up on the screen and then she said because it's a cushion mailer it's considered a package. Then the price on the screen increased to $5.35. I think they considered it a package so usps gets/charges more money.

Don't drop off your packages there without having proof of being scanned! They just lost/steal my packages. It was on Monday, now it's Thursday....no update, no scan, nothing. Nobody knows anything and try to ask! You will be treated like a s****.Plus the black guy who works there and is there constantly now is always rude, mean and looks like he hates his job....well, get the different one, right?It used to be nice pleasant small post office in the neighborhood. I am avoiding this place now but maybe that's the rude guy goal to let this place go down the hill.

Why is this place still open?! It's horribly managed. Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm looking into further reporting this place. They are not consistent on shipping policies. Every time I ship something which I do often for business. They tell me I have to repackage. It's almost like a game they are playing. I started traveling further away where they take my packages with no issues. It's ridiculous I need to do this since this place is so convenient to my house. Majority of the time I have to wait for an employee to come up to the counter here, they don't even greet you kindly or muster up a thank you. Oh and to top it off the place is so run down and dirty looking. Close it or it's time for renovations and re-staffing.

Closed during the day and no sign on the door. Worker came 2 hours late and said, "I possibly will open soon". He never opened. Said to say this isn't the first, second or third time this has happened at this location.

Holy moly the aggression from Clerk 32 is wild. From behind the plexiglass with his mask below his nose he YELLS at anyone who walks in without a mask. It makes no sense whatsoever and his colleagues are clearly embarrassed.
