Doesn't answer the call. I don't understand why they have to be so terrible.

Rude and refused to allow me to scan and submit packages at the desk. There was no line and no wait, absolutely refused to help.

Workers make their own schedule and close early. Be warned.

Rudest customer service ever. Go to another location if you can.

Worst customer service, terrible attitude of the employees who refuse to mail your packages for no reason.

This was on May 31, 2024 at 4:45 pm. The African American woman at the counter was needlessly rude and abrupt to me, an Asian. But she was all smiles to the next customer, who was a White woman. I've seen this chemistry play out often between African American people and Asians. Clearly, they need to be sensitized. I'm extra empathetic with people who sit behind counters for the high pressure job they do, but won't condone bad behavior. The USPS too should not place such people in customer-facing roles.

Horrible customer service. Refused to listen to what people say and help out with the problem instead just sitting there eating chips loudly.

No one running the toll/desk from 2:00-2:30 on a weekday. If I were a thief they'd get 5 stars for making it easy, but alas I pay for my bubble mailers like a lameo. But yeah, free bubble mailers from 2-3! Anyway, stood here for about 15 minutes before someone came out and started serving someone ahead of me before the dumbest customer met the rudest USPS employee. It was entertaining, and the USPS employee was still calmer than your average PPD patrol officer.
20 minutes for one package, but you might get some bonus drama, so the wait could be worth it.

Rude and lazy. They have lost my package with important documents. Stay away!

This post office constantly makes their own hours. Closes at 3:30 randomly, locks their doors at 5:05 when it closes at 5:30 constantly. The employees are incredibly rude when there are patrons outside just asking to drop off a package that’s already been paid for. This has happened to me over 15 times.

girl at the front gave me an envelop when i showed her my document and then when it didn’t fit, refused to give me a refund. if you work at a post office and can’t tell if a document will fit into an envelop there’s something wrong with you girl

Good luck trying to figure out if/when they’re open. Several times throughout two years I’ve tried to go to this USPS location to ship something and they’re almost never open at the hours listed online or on the door, holiday or not.

At first was helpful and friendly and referred me over to UPS because what I was trying to ship was too big. After I checked out UPS and got their pricing and broke down my item to a smaller size, I came back for help and the same woman became rude and unhelpful as I was trying to figure out boxing size and pricing. A kind fellow patron looked at my stuff and estimated her self that it would be $35. The price at UPS was $45. I went back to UPS where they were friendly and helpful.
