The post office only takes exact currency. You can’t purchase stamps or any item using currency it has to be the exact amount or use your card (debt/credit). SMH

This location does Not open at 8 am. I got there at 750 am and there was a line. We all waited until 820 am and were told by a septa employee that they do not open until they want to… We all left and walked to another location. Very misleading. Please change your hours online!

They refused to take 10 small envelopes as "they only have 1 receptacle and aren't able to take mail down there." You are a post office your job is to take the mail. They were extremely rude and told me to "try 100 s broad or somewhere else"

Lazy. The workers at this location are the laziest I've seen at a USPS. Inside is dirty like no one has ever mopped or wiped down a counter. And to make things worse they consistently close early. I literally just went at 515pm (they're suppose to close at 530pm) and their doors were locked. One worker even saw me, made eye contact and shrugged his shoulders. A second worker saw me and she hid behind the counter! If you're not going to fulfill your posted hours, go work somewhere simpler.

25% of the time they are NOT open at their stated hour 8 am. I am always there on Mondays & Thursdays at 8:45 am (yes, 8:45 am; my arrival time from the Regional Rail!) to pick up my agency’s P.O. Box mail. Seriously!? ?

It's stated that this office is supposed to open at 8am, but it never is when I need to use it. And there is often either a line of people waiting for it to open, or attempting to open the door, which is locked, as late as 8:10 when I'm walking by.
