Why is it impossible to call any of these USPS locations? The automated call thing doesn’t work and leaves you stranded.

After mailing packages her multiple times, I can confirm it is always a bad experience. The workers will talk down to you and be as little help as possible. I will now go anywhere else. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend.
