generally my experience coming to this post office many times now: there is always a line, there’s never anyone at the counter, when there is someone at the counter they’re on a personal phone call delaying calling you up, or just on a personal phone call while you’re trying to complete your transaction (even worse considering the sign asking customers to halt cell phone usage when approaching the counter), i’ve witnessed employees start arguments with customers over mistakes they, the employee, have made, there are always more employees in the building you can hear sitting behind the P.o. boxes on the phone or just talking to each other. It’s pretty frustrating, especially on a hot day when it’s pretty warm in the building and you’re standing in a line that isn’t moving while you watch employees walk back and forth looking for packages they rarely find :/

What a sad group of individuals. My heart hurts for any child of any employee of this branch.

A young female worker said she was closing early today 6/1/24 at approximately 1245pm/1pm.
She started leaving the office and I went to take a picture of her. She accosted me and slapped my phone out of my hands and it slid across the floor. She continued to berate me with her fingers in my face , way too close to me.
A man came out and helped us. He apologized to everyone but me as he said he didn't see what happened. The lobby of people told him I deserved the apology yet he ignored this.
While this is happening the young worker is screaming profanities in the back for the whole lobby to hear. She said she works at Front St and was transferred there for today. This girl needs to be reprimanded or lose her job.
I will be contacting the postmaster general. No one should ever be treated this way. I was going to call the police but I didn't have the time.
So unacceptable. Watch the tapes around 1:00 pm 6/1/24. You will be appalled by the actions of your worker and how she treated me .

Yo I am calling this location. I’m coming home from work, it’s 5am. I work nightlife, I expressed to your workers blocking the street, I ride a bike and YOUR hazard lights are not seen.
Three of your employees laughed at me. I’m sorry but I live 3 blocks away from here. Where your mail truck was in the street loading/unloading while having space for your loading dock.
I plan on calling again.
I just want to understand why if a accident happens on my block, who is responsible?
I could not see any hazard lights of being braked or being in parked.
Is this something your staff does regularly to the local community when expressing that hazard lights are not visibly seen when street lights are still on?
Am I missing something?

Had a bad experience with customer service employee “Chyna” at this location. Chewing and popping her gum the entire time, unwilling to answers my questions regarding the different types of postage. Eventually got to the point where I didn't even want to consider sending a parcel with a tracking number. Better off just sending regular mail to get out of here quickly and mitigate any further discussion with this rude employee. Next time I’ll just go to the broad and tasker post office !

Im used to things in Philly being subpar but this trip to the post office takes the cake. There’s a line with 13 people in it and the 2 staff are watching videos on their phones having side conversations while the line grows. It’s not their lunch, because a customer asked and they rudely informed them that it wasn’t . None of the shipping materials are stocked. The floors are dirty and it smells foul inside. Worst post office experience I’ve ever had.

Waited 30m to be told my package was nowhere to be found - after it was misdelivered to my home.

Phones don’t work, horrible customer service, I have lost two packages because of them. Are not responsive and can’t be bothered to answer me.

0 stars. These people literally pick and choose when my address miraculously doesn't match every single other package that has been delivered to my apartment. Got a call from Christina and was told to call back no one answered EVER. Guess they'll be keeping my stuff?

The manager, Brandon, literally screamed at me and slammed the door in my face after my THIRD time trying to ascertain the whereabouts of a package that had been missing for 11 days! He had promised to call me back with an update 5 days previously and never followed through, so, when I went back yet again, I was expecting more help than “we don’t know where your package is; you should drive out to 73rd & Lindbergh and ask them.” Insanity and unprofessionalism. The hallmarks of the USPS.

The front desk woman at this branch is HORRID. Unhelpful, rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. This branch has lost two packages of mine within a 1-month timeframe, and each time I've gone to the branch to attempt to resolve, she's told me the package isn't there without even looking. I hope management reads these repeatedly negative reviews about this one individual and replaces her.
